Come and tell us a little about you!
I am a stay at home mom of 5. I am 33 years old.

What do you like to do for fun?
I have more hobbies than I have time lol. I knit, crochet, sew, spin yarn, and more recently I train for mud races

What diet are you following?
I don't follow 'diets'. I am concentrating on eating as close to natural as I reasonably can. I'm not 100% successful but I'm giving it My best and doing much better than I ever have in my life.

What is your favorite exercise? Lifting weights

How long have you been Sparking?
I first started about 10 years ago lol. Then I lost internet and then lost interest. This moat recent time however has been since May 2018. New but not new.

What are your proudest Spark achievements?
I log all my food no matter if I'm proud of it or not. I blog nearly every single day. I try to like and comment on others blogs and posts and help uplift others.

Are you dealing with any personal challenges at this time?
No not really.

Transitioning out of one career and into another at the moment and am in a professional certificate program through the University of Texas at Austin to become a paralegal.

What do you like to do for fun?
Traveling and photography are my hobbies.

What diet are you following?
Right now, I'm not following a specific diet but I am eating organic as much as possible with a focus on fresh fruits and veg, meats and seafood. For the most part I avoid bread in any form and most wheat products, don't eat much by way of sugars but do enjoy eggs and dairy. Calorie and macronutrient counting are part of my focus as well.

What is your favorite exercise?
Kayaking.

How long have you been Sparking?
Just since January this year.

What are your proudest Spark achievements?
Learning to focus on inches lost over what the scale says. Also, keeping a fairly regular blogging habit has been a great resource for me--when I get frustrated with my progress, I go back and read my early posts.

Are you dealing with any personal challenges at this time?
Back in September 2017 I injured my left foot and ankle. I've worked my way through physical therapy and it's mostly healed but I still deal with some pain and stiffness in my foot, just not as sever or as often.

What do you like to do for fun? I love doing counted cross stitch, reading and researching on the internet.

What diet are you following? Atkins / Low Carb

What is your favorite exercise? walking, Zumba and Wii workouts

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I've participated in 2 of the 5% Challenge's. I've leaned a lot by doing them. There is so much support. Helped me to find my weak areas so I could work on them. Also got a lot of ideas to help me to become stronger and more determined.

2 random fun facts about you? I have 3 cats and I love to watch Nascar.

Anything else you would like to share? I am so grateful to have found Spark People and this challenge. Thank you all for the work you do to put these together so we all can be successful.

Come and tell us a little about you! I am retired and live Easter Ontario Canada.. My husband and I have been married for 47years.We enjoy traveling with family and friends and meeting new friends along the way.

What do you like to do for fun? During the spring,summer and early fall I enjoy golfing. I enjoy
reading,visiting with family and holding "Camp Grammy"during school breaks for my Grand daughter to attend who is 7 yrs.old. Doing scrap booking and crafts with my GD.

What diet are you following? I try to eat veggies( a rainbow of colors ) and some protein and some carbs.Try not to overload my plate...keeping to a small plate.Enjoying a glass of wine with a smaller glass glass a few times a week.

What is your favorite exercise? My favorite exercises are walking/golfing and weights.

How long have you been Sparking? About 6 years

What are your proudest Spark achievements? Taking off about 19 lbs and staying around that weight but still trying to shed about 6 to 10 lbs.

What is your name ? MaryAnn on the Casual Travelers

Come and tell us a little about you! I am retired and live near the beach in Southern California. I like to get outside as often as I can. My husband and I have been married for 45 years.

What do you like to do for fun? My favorite thing to do is attend live theater performances. I attend local small theaters often and the big ones in Los Angeles once or twice a year. I love to visit my daughter and 6 year old grandson in Arizona.

What diet are you following? I follow a Mediterranean Diet, lots of vegetables, with very few starchy carbs, low sugar and non-fat dairy. My husband has type 2 diabetes and Celiac disease so we also have a gluten free house.

What is your favorite exercise? My favorite exercises are walking and Tai Chi.

How long have you been Sparking? About 6 years

What are your proudest Spark achievements? Getting to maintenance 3 years ago and staying within 8 pounds.

Are you dealing with any personal challenges at this time? My 96 year old mother has dementia and is becoming more frail.

If you did a previous Challenge tell us about it. I try to do the Challenges every time and have done them for several years. It really helps me to keep on track with my exercise.

What diet are you following? Sparkpeople nutritional guidelines using foods with ingredient lists that look like a recipe I could make in my kitchen (avoiding processed foods).

What diet are you following? Not a particular diet at the moment. I do like Trim Healthy Mama, so I may restart that or do another round of Whole 30 in a few months.

I have done them since 2014 (too many to count) I have lost a total of 37 pounds in the first six months, gained nearly all of it back, then had an a hah moment in 2016 and lost 25.4 pounds. There is nothing like all the motivation and support I got from all the SparkFriends, SparkCoaches, articles and exercise videos. This is the only place to be if you truly want to lose weight and learn how to keep it off.

2 random fun facts about you? I love to laugh, sing and play my ukulele.

Anything else you would like to share? I just am truly grateful for all of the inspiring individuals that developed and established these seasonal travel themed challenges!! They are what keeps me moving in the right direction.

What do you like to do for fun? I take rides on the bike trail with my Copper emoticon and with some good friends.

What diet are you following? I am working on Keto and have followed Paleo in the past. I Still have not found a way to not let the scale go back up! Just call me yo~yo!

What is your favorite exercise? I have a indoor pedeler and a some other equipment for indoors. I love rding my trike on the bike trail on good days!

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? Constant challenge to keep the weight going down! I have a personal goal to get down 60 pounds!

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. Yes some I have failed to each my goal and some I have reached my 5% goal. problem is break time I usually gain my 5% right back!

2 random fun facts about you? I have Mittzy emoticon and Copper emoticon to keep me happy here in Florida. My Son and Daughter and Grands and great granddaughter are in Connecticut. They come down to see me about once a year. Sometimes I drive there with my fur babies and spend some time with them,. long drive but great visits!

Anything else you would like to share? My Birthday is July 5th! I love to garden and do my own yard work . I have a wild flower garden, fruit trees and a raised veggie garden too! Oh and an above ground pool for summer fun and exercise! I belong to TOPS (take off pounds sensibly) which I do enjoy being the weight recorder.

What do you like to do for fun? Crochet, read, garden, listen to music.

What diet are you following? I don't follow a specific diet. I focus on eating healthy and watching my portion sizes.

What is your favorite exercise? Walking with my Tibetan Spaniel.

2 random fun facts about you? My husband and I retired and moved to a small rural town in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. We see lots of wildlife on a daily basis and currently have a family of red fox living in our backyard.

What do you like to do for fun? I love making cards, singing, playing the piano, bullet journaling, and hanging out with my dog ( oh, my husband too! ;) ). I also love TV, movies, and media in general.

What diet are you following? not on a specific diet, focusing more on the exercise, but hoping to gradually move towards more whole foods and less sugar.

What is your favourite exercise? dancing

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing with this season? not particularly this season, but I had a restrictive type eating disorder for several years, which makes dieting difficult (hence focusing more on the exercise side of things).

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I did a 5% challenge a few years ago and it was fantastic. It made such a difference in motivating me and keeping me on track. I tried to do a second one right afterwards, but I struggled, I think because of some big changes happening in my life around then. I'm determined not to drop the ball this time - in it to win it!

2 random fun facts about you? 1. I named my dog after a character in Doctor Who. 2. I volunteer with grade 10 girls.

Anything else you would like to share? Looking forward to the challenge! I'm glad I returned in time to join this one.

What is your name or nick name? Patti

What do you like to do for fun? I'm a runner and I do this for fun! :) I also enjoy reading and helping others to reach their goals. Looking forward to losing a few more pounds/inches before the summer time! We got a pool last summer, so that is going to be fun!!!

What diet are you following? I work on clean eating and eating healthy. I do not follow a diet b/c I want the changes to be for a lifetime and so therefore I work on making more healthy choices than not healthy choices.

What is your favorite exercise? Running is my favorite, but I also enjoy biking/spin class, walking, using the rowing machine and swimming. But there are many other things I enjoy and have tried along the way! Always looking for new forms of exercises!

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? I am working toward getting under 170 pounds. But I haven't hit it yet! I'm hoping to do that this go around!

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it.I have done many challenges in the pass and have even been a type of leader along the way! I always enjoy the challenges and having a team to cheer each other on! I also enjoy the different types of challenges along the way!

What do you like to do for fun? I love to walk, especially on the beach, travel, spend time with family and friends, bowl, golf and read. I love to eat out with friends and family.

What diet are you following? It seems like low "everything" diet

What is your favorite exercise? jazzercise and I walk outside everyday!

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? Yes, I can not seem to lose more than a pound. I would really like to be healthy and fit for the summer.

What is your name or nickname? Sumyanna

What do you like to do for fun? Writing, photography, reading, going outdoors, art, biking, hiking, walking, spending time with my family.

What diet are you following? I have food intolerances which helps me to eat properly. I cannot eat gluten, grains, rice, potatoes, corn, soy, dairy, or sugar. I also avoid caffeine. Essentially, if I have any of those things, it makes me feel ill or gives me other symptoms that I am uncomfortable with. It has not been easy, but we have been doing this for years now so it has become much easier. I actually feel blessed at what I am able to eat because it helps to keep me eating good foods and take care of my body.

What is your favorite exercise? I love walking, hiking, biking, jumping on the trampoline, and pilates. I have a fitbit and have currently not only been trying to strive for more steps, but also more stairs.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? I have been eating healthy for some time now, but the weight I have gained over the years are really refusing to budge. I have started being more active about 8 weeks or more now and while I am improving in endurance, not much is happening on the scale. I do see differences in my body, but I would love to see some weight loss as well, hopefully! If anything I do hope that being in this challenge will help me continue with my current goals and help me strive even on those days when I feel I deserve a break.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I have been on Sparkpeople before under a different name and I did at least two 5% challenges. I really enjoyed them and realized that even the smallest bit of motivation makes such a huge difference.

2 random fun facts about you? I am the mom of 4 children and I homeschool all of them. I find it a blessing to spend time with them. I also absolutely love writing (mostly poetry) as well as photography. Sorry, I know that's three, but I could not help myself!

Anything else you would like to share? So thrilled that spring is almost here. Really love getting outdoors and witnessing nature's beauty!

What diet are you following? nothing specific..I'm trying to change my lifestyle so I don't completely avoid certain food groups..The only thing I avoid is soda.

What is your favorite exercise? I don't have a favorite exercise, but I did find joy in strength training..I'm hoping to find as much joy in cardio too.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? yes, improve my blood work numbers. I won't be able to see the result until the end of the year, which is a bummer, but I need to lose weight too so that keeps me going.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. It's my first time. I'm really excited and anxious. I have a lot of social anxiety, so I'm hoping I can figure things out without sounding dumb.

Tracking my food and exercise and staying within calorie count. I'm a huge fan of snacking and a huge not-a-fan of the word "no", so I don't say snacks are off limits but I have to earn them through exercise.

What is your favorite exercise?
Walking and yoga. Working my way back into running, too. Zombies, Run! is helping.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season?
I'm taking medication that makes weight gain almost inevitable. It's also helping to keep my cancer in remission, so I deal. I know, though, that I can do more to handle my weight too.

Hard to say. I used to ride my bike but can’t now due to an injury. Swimming when its warm, or yoga.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? Yes, on April 8th, 2017 I broke my leg and severed an artery in my leg ...almost lost my leg that day. Last year was my healing and mending of my leg focuse. This year is getting my strength and muscle back... and reduce pain, man pain is Not Fun!

I love talking to older people, like my grandma who is 92. You can learn a lot from them.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? --- Hope Bus season starts on 4/5, making it difficult to be consistent with exercise since I can spend up to 14 to 16 hours on it a day.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. --- 1st one was Winter 2014 & have done them since. Lost 54 lbs in 2014-15 & have managed to not regain. I've learned I have to accomplish my daily goals for it to work so back to the basics of 2014 this time.

2 random fun facts about you? --- Though born in the U.S. my 1st language was Italian. I work on a 38' long very pink RV called the Hope Bus, which travels in the lower tri-state section of New England, educating about breast cancer & bringing programs to families living with any cancer.

Anything else you would like to share? --- I encourage all 5% Challengers to participate in activities that our Overall & Team Leaders spend a lot of their time planning. Also, if you've joined the teams & you don't post in the weekly challenges and weigh-ins, it can affect other teammates. So, I say,

What do you like to do for fun? Travel, go to the gym, go out with friends.

What is your favorite exercise? Weights and ST. I also like the rowing machine.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? My blood sugar is doing well now and I want to keep it that way. I am working now on lowering my blood pressure.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I have done several challenges, always with the Champions. It is a great team of supportive and encouraging members.

2 random fun facts about you? We travel a lot, often as many as 3-5 months out of the year. When we are not traveling, I am researching our next trip.

Anything else you would like to share? My husband has joined me in the quest to become healthier. It makes life a lot easier as he is enjoying eating in a healthier way and joins me at the gym.

What do you like to do for fun? playing with my horses and dog, long drives with my husband, bicycling, going to the movies

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? to remain focused on losing weight. I want to lose 100# by my birthday (7-30-18). I've lost 50#, but I'm about a month behind on my timeline.

2 random fun facts about you? I love animals (and have 3 horses, a German shepherd, a cat, and a cockatiel). I have a dream to be able to complete a century (100 mile ride) on my bicycle.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I have been doing the Challenge for several years and on several different teams and do well on some and tread water on others. This Spring I plan to make an all out effort.
2 random fun facts about you? I enjoy acting and have been in numerous shows, musicals like Oklahoma, Phantom, Fiddler on the Roof, Mary Poppins, Wizard of Oz , Annie and so on and have been in four Tuna productions doing Greater Tuna twice with different partners and Tuna Christmas and Tuna does Las Vegas, would like to do Tuna Christmas but I am nearing 70, Love Sex and the IRS and other comedies. I love coral singing since I don't believe I have a "solo" voice.

What do you like to do for fun?
I love watching TV shows, reading, listening to podcasts, going to the beach (swimming), travelling, cooking, looking at art and trying to create art.

What diet are you following?
I am trying to eat more whole foods and less processed. I am aiming to have an 80% whole food diet by the end of the year.

What is your favorite exercise?
I love doing Fitness Blender workout videos they do a mix of pilates, yoga, stretching, HIIT, and strength training exercises. Every year I participate in a 1 mile open water swim in June so I swim a lot leading up to that.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season?
May 5 is when our local carnival parade is, I am not sure if Ill be participating but just in case I do end up doing it I want to be in good shape. Those costumes are really skimpy and the parade itself is about 4 hours of almost constant dancing so you cant just LOOK good you have to have stamina and endurance.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it.
My most recent one was the Winter Challenge with the Casual Travelers which was great. I lost some weight, lost inches all over, got stronger and more flexible and it was just the right amount of participation I could handle.

2 random fun facts about you?
I live in the Cayman Islands. I just recently got back from a Cruise so I can mark 4 new countries off my list of places I have visited.

Anything else you would like to share?
Add variety to your workouts. I did a lot of different exercises for a month leading up to my vacation but none of it prepared me for all the stair climbing I did on the ship. Its funny when you think you are in shape until you do something new and realised you are not 100% fit. Its very humbling.

What do you like to do for fun? I enjoy card crafting, adult coloring, reading and writing book reviews, surfing the net, learning more about genealogy, watching recorded tv shows or movies. I like swimming or simply floating in the pool. I enjoy writing poetry and blogs and at some point will use enough discipline to get the 'book in me out'.

What diet are you following? Calorie counting with Spark nutritional planner done in advance of the day.

What is your favorite exercise? Pilates 100's.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? Finding modified exercises. I have two artificial knees and cannot kneel.

2 random fun facts about you? I'm 5'9" and used to be 5'11. I'm 70 yrs old and will be 71 in November.

Anything else you would like to share? I have a gorgeous French mastiff/boxer mix female dog (Miss Jasmine) who at 115 pounds still thinks she's a lap puppy. She'll be three years old in May.

Anything else you would like to share? I'm medically retired since 1995. I worked as a nurse, as an accountant and other miscellaneous jobs from working in a perceptual development lab, at a museum for an archeologist and as a secretary.

What do you like to do for fun?
~ I love reading, watching horror movies, hanging with my family, writing in many forms including journaling and poetry, doodling and artsy fartsy stuff, I have grand plans to get back into painting, drawing, art journaling and Bible art journaling, and I love going camping with my family, but we've not been in years since my camper "died."

What diet are you following?
~ Low carb, Atkins, but w/o any of their prepackaged stuff, just real food, the old-school way.

What is your favorite exercise?
~ Things that are fun and burn calories that don't feel like "exercise." I used to follow a Samba Reggae DVD, that was fun, but needs a lot of space, which I don't have now. :/ What I normally do is walk on my treadmill and use dumbbells (yawn). I'd love to be able to swim every day for exercise. Or take long walks along a beach every morning, but nope, not where I live.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season?
~ Trying to get back into my weight loss mind-set. Last year I made a resolution to lose weight and kept it nearly all year, lost 60 lbs, but then around September I fizzled out, and ended up gaining some back through all the holidays. Made a new resolution this year, but still haven't found that mind-set like I had last year. :/
~ Trying to purge and organize my whole house, so that I can do some re-painting and re-decorating. It's going to be a challenge because I have 27 years worth of accumulation!

~ I have done so many that I've lost count. Some I rocked at, even losing more than just 5%, most I didn't, but at least lost a few pounds, some I fizzled out on, like this last one. I just fizzled out due to having crappy internet too often, missing that fore-mentioned mind-set, and too much inconsistency. I'm hoping that this Spring Challenge will get me back in the groove and be one I rock!

2 Random fun facts about you?
~ I have 4 kids ages 17 to 26 and I've been married to the best husband in the world for over 31 years. ~ I love the ocean, even tho I hardly ever get there. ~ I love writing with fountain pens and glass pens and have several. ~

What do you like to do for fun? Sleep. Read. Draw house plans. Think of writing a book, but never do. Clean. Watch films.

What diet are you following? Vegetarian/ vegan.

What is your favorite exercise? Pull-ups and running, when I can do them. (Which isn't right now.) At the moment, I like to walk, bike, use hand-weights, reverses on the pull-up bar, lunges, planks, wall-sits, exercise videos, etc. So, I guess the answer right now is... walking. That's the only thing I do right now with any consistency.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season?
Getting full-time employment.

I did the Fall 2017 5% Challenge, and that brought me down below 200 lbs. (Yay! Onederland!) I'd like to set a goal of more than 5%, but things have been rather complicated lately (3-5 hours on the road, 5-6 days a week). And since I'm often living out of town, I tend to eat whatever the person I'm staying with has cooked/ received from the food bank, b/c I honestly don't have the money for gas and food, and if they did we wouldn't be subsisting on food-bank handouts.

2 random fun facts about you?
Of my book & movies, I generally choose sci-fi, horror, & lgbt. Unless I see a good item on home repair or renewable energy. Or documentaries. Or about the correlations between nutrition and cancer.
I suck at cooking. But I love reading cookbooks. Someday, I hope to be a reasonably decent vegan cook.
I've been listening to a lot of audiobooks, since I'm doing so much driving. They're not bad, now that I've gotten used to them.
I'm actively trying to declutter & downsize from a 2 to 1 bedroom apt.
Also, I love to travel. :-)

What is your name or nick name? Theresa, but people sometimes call me T or my old nickname of Reese. :)

What do you like to do for fun? I love to take hang out with my daughter I love roller coasters and even did some zip lining last spring. It was amazing and scary.

What diet are you following? Currently sticking to a diet of 1200-1500 calories and 100g of carbs or less. I don't want to do Keto because I do love to workout and I know it's not recommended since you need those carbs.

What is your favorite exercise? My trainer kicks my butt with everything. I can tell you what I hate! LOL! I like pretty much everything with the exception of burpees and tricep pushups.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? No challenges outside of the normal, need to find time for me to get to the gym. Sometimes it's difficult as I get to work around 7:30 and then I am here for 9 - 10 hours. By the time I get home I'm exhausted, so I need to focus on mentally motivating myself to get up early more than once a week.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I've done several challenges but not the last one due to having a surgery.

2 random fun facts about you? I am a sneaker head. I love tennis shoes. I also love to sing. Especially with my daughter. We will sing in the car all the time at the top of our lungs!

Anything else you would like to share? I'm excited about starting this challenge and hope it will help me reach my goals. I'll also be celebrating my 10yr Spark anniversary this July/August!

What do you like to do for fun? West Coast Swing dancing and New York Hustle dancing--actually I also do ballroom, latin, country, etc. but my favorites are WCS or Hustle.

What diet are you following? Right now trying to stay within calorie and target ranges here on sparkpeople.

What is your favorite exercise? Dancing, but I also go on hikes, walks, and bike rides.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? I get migraines alot and sometimes it is hard to get in exercise on a migraine day.

What is your name or nick name?

What do you like to do for fun?
Fun? Whats that? Seriously, though, I really dont get much time for fun. On the few occasions that I do, I like to go traveling and/or camping, preferably somewhere with mountains and forests.

What diet are you following?
None-just trying to stick with lots of freggies, whole grains and lean proteins.

What is your favorite exercise?
Water aerobics, because I can forget how heavy I am for a little while.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season?
Anxiety and depression are getting the best of me lately. We are struggling with recent family deaths (3), some possible upcoming family deaths (2), and financial difficulties as well as our own physical problems.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it.
Ive been doing these off and on for 6+ years. I have made my goal a couple of times. It helps me think about what I am eating and how much I am moving.

2 random fun facts about you?
1. I am hooked on an app called Design Home where you decorate rooms with furniture and accessories according to the desired style given. I have gotten 5 stars (the best possible) twice this month!
2. I love to sing and like most any type of music.

Anything else you would like to share?
I made a bet with myself on Healthywage.com that I could lose 70 pounds by mid-December. I pay them $10 a month and, if I succeed, they will pay me $644, a profit of $524! Good deal, Id say!

Stay in calorie range on Spark and have good nutrition balance.

Walking & yoga

Adding strength training to my routine,

What is your name or nick name? Hi,
my name is Kimberly. I go by Kim. I live in Tallahassee, Florida. I’m a member of Weight Warriors!

What do you like to do for fun? I enjoy spending time with my son, reading self help and inspirational literature, hiking, camping, going to the beach, bicycling, debating politics, and serving God most of all through everything I do.

What diet are you following? I am registered with Weight Watchers, which gives me alot of options. I enjoy and consistently track on SparkPeople. Here I can see what nutrients I’m actually eating.

What is your favorite exercise? I love to walk and bicycle. I also love roller skating and swimming.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? I will be staring a new job—at a donut shop—this coming Monday! Staying away from those sweet confections but really the sweetened, iced coffees will be the challenge. I also have smog if financial stress right now so not eating my emotions I’d often a challenge.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I was a Weight Warrior for Winter 2018. I made goal barely but enjoyed competing against myself and becoming more aware of potential pitfalls in my diet and exercise routine.

2 random fun facts about you? I always wanted to be a Rock Star. I still dream of getting onstage and touring. I love animals and one day want to open a pet rescue.

Anything else you would like to share? I’m excited to be back and will be in the Biggest Loser Challenge too. Im also an EL on Weight Warriors,so looking forward to providing motivation and encouragement to others. That’s something that I truly love to do. 😊

What do you like to do for fun? I like to ride my horse, knit, cut and stack wood, garden, can food, cook,

What diet are you following? none really just real food

What is your favorite exercise? walking and horseback riding

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? just getting myself exercised!

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I have done 5 so far and I have really needed the affirmation of a team. It has been good for me to know that if all I give is 10 minutes it mattered to the whole. This motivates me more than doing it for myself does. I was very happy with my success after this last challenge.

2 random fun facts about you? I have 10 children and my own chainsaw!

Anything else you would like to share? I just am really grateful to the creative individuals that developed and established these seasonal travel themed challenges I love them!!
