What diet are you following? No particular diet--portion control & count calorie

What is your favorite exercise? Walking/Water aerobics

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? Had health issues during winter challenge. Better now but having hard time getting back "in gear".

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I started the 5% challenge last Apr. I am 10# from my goal. These challenges have helped me lose and stay on track. Although I wasn't very active during the last challenge, I did maintain. Without the support of my team, Cloverleaf, I probably would have gained.


2 random fun facts about you? My 2 best friends and I take a beach trip every summer-consists of lying on the beach reading, flip over, read some more, go in water cool off and repeat. 2. We have 3 kitties The little boy cat loves to butt heads, rub noses and give wet kisses Guess he thinks he's a dog.


Anything else you would like to share? Doing the 5% challenges has been such a blessing for me. So much easier to lose 5% at a time rather than focusing on the total amount you want to lose.

Spark People 2018 Spring Challenge Intro




1. What is your name or nick name?
Hi Everybody! I'm Carl

2. What do you like to do for fun?
I am learning to do so many new things!
I used to like to sit on the couch or my recliner, eating! Eating almost anything, potato chips, ice cream, usually one or two bags, and several pints or a half gallon!
That was then, now I go to Zumba Classes, even became a licensed Zumba and Zumba Gold instructor! I also joined a second and a third gym to get extra hours (Planet Fitness is a 24/7) Gym, and the Lehigh Valley Health Network Fitness Center as part of my Bariatric Surgery / Weight Management Preparation Program.




3. What diet are you following?
I follow a modified high protein, low carbo hydrate diet, very similar to the Spark People Diabetes Diet. I use the Spark Coach and the 5% Challenge Community - and am one of the team leaders on the Champions in the Kitchen Team.

4. What is your favorite exercise?
Now this is a totally new experience for me - I like my strength training program! I like being with the same people at the Fitness Center Gym, we might not know each other, but we recognize each other and know we are all there for the same reason -improving our health!

I love going to Zumba Classes - I like the energy and excitement. I found that while I am totally committed to the Zumba Gold (a slightly slower paced program that is modified for the physical challenges of the participants. Usually Seniors, but that wasn't Zumba's purpose, the founder wanted Zumba to be accessible to everybody! I go to a couple of regular classes, I'm finding I need the extra challenge in my program now.

In my recent evaluation by the exercise physiologist, she looked in amazement and said that I test out 62% above most men my age (70!). Thank you Spark People & 5% Challenges!

5. If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it.
Here's my brief synopsis of what I've done since getting active in Spark People.

We don't diet and we don't loose weight! We follow healthy eating plans and get rid of un-healthy weight! (If you lose you might find!)

6. 2 random fun facts about you?
In the last 5 years I've dropped over 130 pounds, actually in total my down 214 pounds and gotten rid of 28" off my waist. I started my journey weighing 460 pounds with a 72" waist.

I owe my life to this community, and am so very grateful! Anymore, just ask!!!

Oh, just need to report that, Yes I did start back to school to get additional training so that I can take better care of my suppose, who is paralyzed on the eft side. I am building my credentials to become an RN. Currently I am a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) and have been enrolled on the PA Nurse Aide Registry:

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I started with the 5$ Challenges in 2016 and lost 25# during the course of the year. I maintained in 2017 due to lack of ability to manage work stress in a healthy manner. I am working on behavior modification. It's a daily struggle.

2 random fun facts about you? I like doing crossword puzzles and reading mystery novels.

Anything else you would like to share? I am very discouraged when I don't lose 5% of my body weight at the end of each challenge, but satisfied whenever I have lost 4# (/1/2# per week).throughout the course of the challenge.

I'm trying to overcome my love/hate relationship with food and my constant obsessing about food.

I've done a few challenges now. I love them. They keep me more motivated and accountable. I don't lose as much as I hope with each challenge, but that is my fault and my lack of consistency.

Two random fun facts about you?
1. I am a software developer and sit writing code all day
2. I met my husband at a car show and we bonded over working on cars.

Anything else you would like to share?
I've been on spark a long time and have never met my ultimate weight loss goal, but I love the community because they give me hope.

I did the Fall and Winter Challenges. I lost weight on the Fall challenge but regained some by the time the Winter Challenge. On the Winter Challenge I lost about 3 lbs and am trying to stick to my eating routing so as not to gain it back before I start the Spring Challenge. I am on the in-between challenge right now to help me do that.

2 random fun facts about you?
1. I have 8 grown children/ 22 grandchildren 2. I never started walking regularly until I was 70 years old.Now I don't want to stop because it makes my body feel so good.

What is your favorite exercise? Pool exercises when possible or chair exercises

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? Making sure I do my stretching/strengthening exercises every day to help increase and maintain my mobility.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I have done 6 other 5% Challenges and this will be #7. I have been a Determined Daisy for all of them. It is a great way to help me stay focused on making healthy choices.

2 random fun facts about you? I live with 2 old cats (one is 15 and the other 16) and I wish I had more. I love to garden and am looking forward to spring with its warmer weather so I can start puttering around in my back yard.

2 random fun facts about you? we have 24 rescue pets although some of them are very old so that will change in the near future

Anything else you would like to share? despite having an autoimmune disease (CIDP) and having his knee replaced last summer, my husband had never stopped eating correctly and working out and he's my greatest inspiration to keep taking care of myself

What diet are you following? the guidelines that SP gave me

What is your favorite exercise? Cardio kickboxing, dancing like zumba and in the nice weather I like to go hiking in the mountains

My knee is acting up again but I am pushing through it.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. Yes I have done Fall 2017 and Winter 2018. I came close to my goal but still have yet to hit my goal. Whatever progress I have made is progress and I will take it!

2 random fun facts about you?

My kids (4) my husband and I have birthdays in Feb (1), March (2), April ( me and my husband ) and May(1)

I Love going to baseball games. Excited about the spring training game we are going to in April.

Anything else you would like to share?

I'm homeschool 3 of my kids. I love the field trips we get to go on with our homeschool group.

I'm the Vice coordinator and a Unit leader for our local American heritage girls ( christian scouting for girls)

I like to attend craft shows with my friend. We make and sell cards, albums and crafty stuff.

I'm learning how to sew with my Aunt.

My name is Andrea, my name on SP is ATHOMAS0925, my first inital, last name, and wedding anniversary month and day.

What do you like to do for fun?
I enjoy crafty things, a lot of work working and sign making. I also really enjoy reading and during the summer months I enjoy camping and hiking. Anything to get me outside into the sunshine!

What diet are you following?
I'm focusing on a high protein diet. I've tried keto and found that I enjoy carbs far too much to cut them so low!

What is your favorite exercise?
Walking! I really DON"T like sweating and not being able to breathe lol. I also really enjoy weight lifting, pushing my body.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season?
Mentally just trying to get over the weight gain, and try to start losing again. It is a HUGE head game.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it.
I believe this challenge will make it a full one year for me in doing challenges. Last challenge I didn't do as much as I wanted because of the flu. Looking to correct that this challenge though!

Lots of folks address me just by my initials, AM. My name is Anne Marie. My SP name is AMYLFA, which is my initials plus “Ylfa” which is an Old Norse word for “wolf” – I am a big fan of all canids, and Wolf is my totem.

What do you like to do for fun?
Walk in the woods with my dogs, participate in fun runs & walks & bicycle rides, look after my bees, garden, home renovation projects, fiber arts (sewing, quilting, & knitting), web page design, get into mischief.

What diet are you following?
I generally try to limit carbohydrates – a modified ketogenic diet – which has some specific medical benefits for me.

What is your favorite exercise?
Walking/hiking and bicycling.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season?
I am recuperating from recent hip replacement surgery, as well as some other medical problems that have plagued me for the past three years. I am working on rebuilding my strength & endurance.

I have been a member of the Dawg pack for the two recent Fall and Winter 5% Challenges. I actually only achieved 2.5% weight loss both times but, hey, that’s better than nothin’ !

What diet are you following? Mediterranean and low Fodmaps

What is your favorite exercise? running/jogging (I use a treadmill often because of foot/ankle issues.)

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? Breaking the current plateau by changing my workouts.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I've done the past three, and served as an extra leader for the WRJ&Gs for Fall 2017 and Winter 2018.

2 random fun facts about you? My husband and I are still in the process of moving since my retirement 4 years ago. Talk about taking your time with change - that's me.

What do you like to do for fun? read, travel with family, crochet, watch shows i've dvr'd,

What diet are you following? no one in particular at the moment

What is your favorite exercise? walking either outside or using WATP videos or Walk It Out for the Wii (it's a game).

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? My struggle is i lose weight for a bit then put it back on. I seem to go into self-sabotage mode for some reason and it's usually right before weigh-in.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I've done several 5% challenges in the past. As a WRJ&G for a few, then as a Tiger Monarch for a few. This past one was as a Weight Warrior.

2 random fun facts about you? I like to drive to our destinations, as I like to see the sights as we are traveling. I've lived in 5 states so far......

Anything else you would like to share? Looking forward to the start of the Spring 5% challenge.

What do you like to do for fun? I go to the movies with my husband and crochet. I like to read but haven't had much time lately to do that.

What diet are you following? I am learning the Trim Healthy Mama diet which is whole foods diet focused on eating low grams carbs with goods fats at a higher amount or eating carbs with very low mg of fat.

What is your favorite exercise? I like to walk, dance, kettlebells, and play hide and seek with my little kitty, Rosey, although she isn't so little anymore.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? I am studying for the GRE because I didn't do well on the first test.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. Yes, this will be my 3rd. I have never reached my goals but I haven't put on any weight. Without the challenges, I know that I would have gained weight by now. The challenges have given me strength that I didn't have before.

2 random fun facts about you? At 60 years old, I am going to school to get a Masters degree in education because I decided that I want to become a school teacher. I love to sing and I sing in my car to the music on the radio or I pray and speak to God out loud and I don't care if people see me or not!

Anything else you would like to share? I love this challenge and I love being on Spark People.

What is your name or nick name? Laurie

What do you like to do for fun? Listen to music, walk, visit with friends - none of which I get to see often enough due to the physical distance between us, play on the computer, read SparkPeople.

What diet are you following? Working on SP and Weight Watchers and seeing a nutritionist for guidance and assessment.

What is your favorite exercise? Walking when the weather is good, group exercise classes, the elliptical bicycle, kayaking in the summer when it is finally warm enough.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? Yes - loosing weight. I have made some calorie intake changes, some wiser choices, but still need to make more and be more mindful. I am trying to stay off of high blood pressure medication, and need to take off pounds, hoping that helps me stay off of the meds.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. Yes, a few -- I have not yet lost 5% -- I would like to put that to rest with this challenge.

2 random fun facts about you? I like to laugh and smile - I enjoy competition.

What do you like to do for fun? I like to hike, walk, go to museums, read and play games.

What diet are you following? I am trying carb cycling I haven't completely gotten the hang of it yet.

What is your favorite exercise? Hiking, Walking, Weight Lifting

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? I'm working on getting over a shoulder injury.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I did the winter one and wasn't as active as I would have liked I injured the shoulder got the flu and ended with a bad cold. I finally am not having problems with the meds for my shoulder so I'm looking forward to seeing what I can do without so many medical problems.

2 random fun facts about you? I like to try new things I tried kayaking a couple years ago and would like to do that again. I also want to learn to swim and I want to try rock climbing. Several new places opened in my area with rock walls and as soon as my shoulder can handle it I'm giving it a try.

Wow I'm late with adding this. Welcome to new and former members.

Come and tell us a little about you! I am Ceri, (CERIUSLY), and I am serious about losing my 5%, (or more), with this my 35th challenge. I missed my 5% in the winter challenge by just a small fraction of an ounce, losing 9.8 pounds for 4.83%. That's as close as I've come in years.

What do you like to do for fun? I love spending time with my GrandGirls! I love to write, although more for my personal satisfaction than anything else, although God has now called me to finish a book I started in the 80's. Reading, movies, and I must confess, some reality TV. (nonsense nonthinking downtime).

What diet are you following?I've been diagnosed with a neuromuscular autoimmune disease, so I am gradually cutting out dairy and gluten, and trying to eat clean.

What is your favorite exercise? I walk, with the dream of running. I teach an exercise class where we combine cardio and strength. At present we are concentrating on building a strong core. I like riding my stationary bike, but I absolutely love the gazelle! During the Spring Challenge, 2017, I started CT50 which was really working wonders, (even though I was doing a very scaled down version), but I got sick and couldn't exercise much at all most days. I'm looking forward to getting back to it as soon as I'm able.

If you did any previous Challenge tell us about it. My 8 year Sparkversary was 12/20/17. My first challenge was Spring of 2010. 2 challenges as a Lady Bug, after which I became a Team Leader for the Teddy Bears, through Spring of 2011. Since becoming an Overall Co-Leader, I have been visiting other teams so I can get to know more of our members.

My Grand Princesses were born the same day 3 years apart. Their BD is May 30. The 9-year-old was a month early, the 6-year-old was a week late. I'm sure God designed it that way emoticon

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? No, just lose some pounds.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I have been with the Casual Travelers since last spring. I love them, I love the leaders. While I have not made my goal I have come close.

2 random fun facts about you? I love horses and I am an almost perpetually happy person. Nothing gets me down. I believe in perseverance.

Anything else you would like to share? I love cake! I love to bake and I have very little will power.

My knees and feet are giving me a hard time. With the swelling and sharp pains, it really makes it hard to walk sometimes, but I’m pushing through.

I completed the challenge (Firecrackers) and lost the 5%.

2 random fun facts about you?
In 2007-2008, I lost 50 lbs on my own.
I have 2 grown daughters with 2 granddogs!

What do you like to do for fun? I am adjusting.. As my daughter gets older-she is doing more & more without me- so I have to learn to have have fun on my own...

What diet are you following? No diet- just trying to eat healthier/healthy and working on portion control. I would like to eventually add meal planning and early prep too

What do you like to do for fun? Doodle Art, reading, and Encouraging individuals to LIVE with intent and purpose. We were all created to do more than simply survive!

What diet are you following? Stay away from process wanna be food products - eat REAL food and watch portions. Also stay consistent in taking my supplements!

What is your favorite exercise? Walking but need to work on consistency.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? Build stamina for consistent exercise by increasing intentional movement and mini-exercise breaks throughout the day.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. Winter 5% challenge was my first 5% challenge after years away from SparkPeople. I did not meet my goal to lose 12 lbs ( but did drop 10) .... looking to work on consistency during the break by increasing daily walks. My challenge is staying consistent and staying away from sweets other family members bring into the house!

2 random fun facts about you? I love snakes...but have none for pets, because my daughter is not a fan and I live with her! I also love to doodle and sometimes get carried away and work it into larger pieces which ( sometimes) sell.

Anything else you would like to share?

I have a passion to motivate and encourage others to stop living life in the default mode labeled 'just survive'. Instead, anyone can OPTIN2LIVING life with the intent and purpose to THRIVE. Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? Regaining strength in my left shoulder after surgery.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I have been a member of the 5% Challenge since the Summer 2010 5% Challenge. This challenge was difficult because my main cardio is walking. The weather conditions made it almost impossible to do so.

What do you like to do for fun? For fun I like to play my Ukulele, ride my horse Charlie Brown and play frisbee with my dog Holly

What diet are you following? I am following the ketogenics Diet.

What is your favorite exercise? Walking because I can no longer run.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? I want to be able to lost 10 pounds to reach my goal weight by eating healthy foods.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I have been on the Daisy team since Fall Challenge in 2014. I lost 37 pounds in six months and it took me until September 2015 to gain nearly all of it back. I was able to knuckle down and lose all the weight I gained on the Winter Challenge.

Anything else you would like to share? I am a self taught Ukulele player. I've been playing with our church band and have picked up so much. I have arthritis in my right thumb, right hip and I have bone on bone on my left knee. There are some days that I cannot do any walking, or exercising of any kind. But I try to do what I can.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? There is a lot happening in my family (all positive) April-May and I am just trying to figure out how to get through it all and still take care of me.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. This will be my second 5% Challenge. I just completed to winter one. I did not loose as much weight as I had hoped, but I did lose almost 4 lbs and I was focused more on a healthier lifestyle

What diet are you following? I work on small portions,high protein,and I do not cut anything completely out because when I do that is when I crave it and eat everything in sight.

What do you like to do for fun? Shopping, road trips, seeing my younger son who is a college athlete run, gardening, going for walks (yes I like my exercise), reading, lots of things.

What diet are you following? I've been following Weight Watchers. I like the Simply Filling, but also stick to as many Freestyle (zero point foods) as possible. I currently do not have a Weight Watchers membership. Instead I track with Sparkpeople. Sparkpeople is how I lost 30 lbs originally. I like Weight Watchers because there are no off limits foods. But, I've learned over the years I have to practice moderation in all things and that I can gain weight even eating good for you foods if I let myself eat too much.

What is your favorite exercise? Walking and some running. I'm working on incorporating more strength and toning. When I can't get outside to walk I either do some Leslie Sansone DVD's or go to my local rec center where I walk on the treadmill.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? One of my continued personal challenges is staying active with a sedentary job and a hour long commute. Daily exercise is a challenge, but I keep at it.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I love the 5% challenges! I've been doing them since Summer of 2016. They keep me focused and working toward my goals, even when I'm tempted to give up.

2 random fun facts about you? Have sung with choral groups at the National Cathedral, Kings College/Cambridge, Westminster Cathedral, and an international Advent Sing in Vienna. Am staff to three spoiled cats.

What is your name or nick name? Hi, my name is Brenda, or Bren for short, and I live in Carmel, Indiana, which is a suburb just north of Indianapolis.

What do you like to do for fun? I love keeping active, especially after spending a year recovering from a back injury that left me unable to do much of anything but sit and do nothing. That left me pretty much 100 lbs heavier than I started off. So, with my renewed ability to move freely, I love to hike, bike, swim, and just get out and enjoy whatever life brings! I also love to paint, sew, write, and play the piano.

What diet are you following? I am basically just trying to be mindful of what I'm eating. The biggest thing I'm doing is trying not to eat out as often. I'm cooking more, including experimenting with recipes that include healthy and whole ingredients.

What is your favorite exercise? Zumba, swimming, and the elliptical! Oh, and yoga! Yeah, I know that is more than one, but since I'm starting to be able to do a lot all over again, it is like a whole new world again!

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season? Trying to stay healthy. After dealing with injuries and just getting over pneumonia, the key for this challenge is to remain healthy so I can succeed in all things.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. Yes, I did. In the last challenge, while I didn't actually lose weight, I actually lost a whole dress size and a total of 24 inches all over. So, I would consider that a success.

2 random fun facts about you? I've been playing the piano since I was 4 years old. I maintain two blogs, one on personal organization, and the other on living with bipolar disorder.

Anything else you would like to share? I'm just looking forward to knocking it out of the park with this next challenge!

What is your name or nick name? My name is Maria. Friends from college know me as Mervie

What do you like to do for fun? anything with crafts, gardening (when It gets warmer)

What diet are you following? trying to cut back on sweets but not on any specific diet

What is your favorite exercise? walking and SP 10 min. DVD's

What do you like to do for fun?
- I like to read and draw and play video games. Of course, there's also sleeping as well.

What diet are you following?
- Sorta Keto, sorta not? Ever since my boyfriend started the keto diet, I've kinda segwayed into it myself, but I still eat some things that are not a part of the diet, like whole grains and certain veggies.

What is your favorite exercise?
- It is always going to be swimming.

Do you have a personal challenge you are dealing this season?
- My personal challenge is going to be handling the craziness of my life and maintaining my healthy eating.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it.
- I did. I was a part of the Shooting Stars. It was a great team. I didn't meet my goal, but I was able to identify certain things that will help me in the future. Not to mention, I did come pretty close to my goal. Just four more pounds, and I would have been there.

2 random fun facts about you?
- I have central heterochromia in my eyes. It is genetic, so I didn't acquire it through my life.
- I now have Four Fancy Goldfish. 2 more than the last time I posted here, I think.

Anything else you would like to share?
- Not particularly. If I think of anything that has changed, I will be sure to add it. Of course, my posting times may be erratic and during hours when most people are winding down to sleep for the night as I am a night-time security guard.

What do you like to do for fun? I like to spend time outdoors. I also like to read.

What diet are you following? I am following the guidance from my body. No particular diet; although, the Plant Paradox Program has supported my body in eliminating inflammatory flares.

What is your favorite exercise? My favorite exercise is running. Over the past year I've also learned that I really enjoy strength training.

2 random fun facts about you? Mathematics is a language that speaks to me. I had never tracked nutritional intake until I was nearly 54 years of age. So, I essentially knew nothing about caloric intake and nutritional values.

I've done two so far - first one was great, second one I had pneumonia for the first few weeks, so it set me back, but I've recovered and I'm on my way again. I mostly need to maintain, although a few extra pounds wouldn't hurt.

At 83 I'm an Associate Professor in a community college
I have 11 great-grandchildren!

I live in beautiful Hawaii overlooking the ocean with a mountain in my back yard.

Hi! I'm Susan and I'm one of the leaders on the Teddy Bear team although I have been a member of several other teams over the past five years.

For fun? I love my family (which consists of three fur kids and one husband) and I try to spend as much time as possible either with them or my friends - both virtual and in person.

I'm not following a diet of any kind and that is upon the recommendation of my dietitian. I'm trying hard to incorporate more vegetables, fruit, fibre and protein into my meals.

Hands down my favourite exercise is walking but only if I'm deep in the woods. For some reason I cannot stand to walk in my town.

Unfortunately, I have lived with depression since childhood and find the Spring season very hard. I do use a SAD light but find this upcoming time of the year very challenging - mentally

2 random facts about me? I'm a librarian and I'm addicted to buying fabric.......lol

I'm Sue of Seattle, WA, living in a SHAG complex (Senior Housing Assistance Group), a retired CPA, and a member of the Teddy Bears. My daughter's family and my brother live near by, so they are a big part of my life. I babysit my grandsons, ages 5 and 8, a lot and they are my joy. I do have an older cat and have always preferred cats.

Reading and playing the piano are my favorite pastimes with computer games right behind them. Trivia bit: I used to sing opera at various recitals.

Walking is always my go-to physical activity. I do have access at my apartment building to fitness equipment and I take advantage. Since I don't have a car anymore, there’s a lot of walking to the store. Seattle has a great transit system so it's been workable.

I've been sparking since May 2010 but under a different user name. After a brief time away and the birth of my second grandson, I wanted a fresh start so re-upped in Nov 2014 with a more generic user name.

I've been part of the challenges since the 2017 winter challenge to get past this phase of my weight loss. I'm at a critical weight loss benchmark where I've lost 50+pounds but can't seem to get past it. Not only do I not lose any more weight, I start regaining. Repeatedly. So my motivation is to break through that barricade and continue to lose more than the 50 pounds. Even if I don’t lose the full 5%, I have been able to keep the weight from rushing back. For me, that’s a success.

2 random fun facts about you? DH and I went to the Walker Cup Match in LA last September and had the time of our lives. Although neither of us plays golf, we really enjoyed watching these young men play and win for the USA. It also helped that my BIL was the coach of the Walker Cup!

Anything else you would like to share? I've been married 48 years and have 2 kids and 3 grandkids. I love to travel.

If you did a previous 5% Challenge tell us about it. I have completed a few of these challenges. I love the support you receive in the teams. It really helps keep you motivated and accountable. I have not done as well as I would of liked to the last 2 challenges I participated in but it was not the challenge itself it was because of the lack of exercise that I put in daily. This challenge I am going to rock it. Hoping to lose the weight necessary for good.. and so that I can have a much needed shoulder repair/re-attachment done this Summer before the Fall comes.

2 random fun facts about you? I love clean comedies , I married very young and will of been married 38 years in June

Anything else you would like to share? I am a caregiver to 2 disabled adult kids that we feel very blessed to have in our lives. My son will be 33 in about 10 days, My daughter will be 32 in May. We also have a younger son 16 he is a sophomore in high school. We have one grand-dog a miniature toy poodle named Blackjack a grand-cat names Shaylee trouble for short. We live about 3 miles from the Great Salt Lake in Utah
