Hello I'm Susan 60 + yrs.old,single,I have 1 daughter 3 grandchildren,I'm a caregiver for my mama whom has Parkinson's disease and dementia quite stressful and hard work 7 days a week 24/7,don't have a lot of energy left,love my mama though.try and eat right my down full is sweets SUGAR, hard habit to break,I'm a warrior, day by day

Hello, at work I always need to snack in between breakfast and lunch at around 9:30-10 am.
I eat breakfast at 7 am and am always hungry at that time. I have been bringing a nut mixture which helps but I get tired of bringing the same thing every morning. Hoping to find other types of snacks which can be helpful for me.
