Every time I get in the pool I challenge myself. I do my strokes in different order, after warm ups. I sometimes wear weights in my gloves. I do have an Neptune Mp3 player and I have the songs staggered to different beat speed so that I swim had for some and slower for others.

Another question I have... because I swim at night... like after 8pm... to 11 pm is my window... how do you clock in your calories... that you have ate. Some days I clock in 1200 calories and no way am I eating at11pm that much. I eat well after a swim but I know its like less than 600 calories.
