I'm glad I found this team. I have been working toward wonderland for 10 years and that's a long time. I have a little more to go and I need a lot of encouragement. Last year I got very close and then life got in the way and I regained a bit of weight. Not that much but enough. I have been very serious since March and rejoined SparkPeople in August. I think tracking is really the answer. I also think I need the group support. So thanks in advance for being there for me and cheering me on.

Hi there Team Going to Be Under 200. That is why I am here. I am going to be under 200. I am back after being gone for awhile. But I'm back. And I believe every time I start over I have a better chance of reaching my goals. Today I will do the deal I have promised to myself, stay on my food plan and exercise plan and log on Spark Pages. I want to live. I do not want my excuses to become the reasons for being overweight. No more excuses. Not today. Not ever. One day at a time. emoticon Welcome back to me! Yay!

I just found this team. I've been involved with this site, seriously involved, since July and did really well the first 7 weeks. A week ago I fell off the healthy choices wagon and can't seem to get back on the darn thing. I'm really feeling frustrated with myself for falling apart when I was doing so well and making such great progress. I want to find those feelings, motivation, spark, etc. I had before last week. Where did it go? Why did this happen now?

Hi, my name is Loretta and I am 68 going on 69 soon. I have one cat, a male named Tiger because he acts like one. I lost my second of two cat I had this past Jan. I wasn't sure I wanted one at this stage of my life , and definitely not so soon after the death of my other cat. I went to the animal shelter just to find out how to adopt a shelter cat not planning to get one. Then I saw Tiger and fell in love all over again.

Now, about me. I lost 33 lbs last year, but cant seem to get up the momentum for this year. Today has been good though. I have cateracts in both eyes,no surgery yet and I have a hernia. I will be going to the surgeon July 10th for my evaluation to see if I need surgery or not. I have hypothyroidism and edema of the legs and feet.

I weigh 225 lbs, I was 218 lbs . oh well, I'll lose that if I keep going. My Dr. wants me to weigh 172 lbs and we will see if I have to lose more. I go to TOPS meetings on Wed mornings. The meetings are held in my building complex, no excuse not to go.. LOL. Hugs to all.

I'm so glad I found this group. I've got over 100 pounds to lose, and I can't even believe I just said that.My goal is to spend the next two years losing weight, then the rest of my life keeping it off. I'm tired of starting and stopping diets, so I've changed my attitude. This is just the way I live, now.

I spent $30 at the farmer's market yesterday, have my meals planned out for the next four days, and I'll come in here for motivation every day. I'm taking this one day at a time, or one hour at a time if I need it, but I will get to my goal eventually.

Good evening! I just found your team and know that it is the perfect place for me! I am currently at my heaviest, weighing in at 230 pounds :-( My goal is to be in Onederland by the first of the year, which I know will be a push, but I've been struggling for SO LONG that I HAVE to get serious and DO IT! I'm hoping for some good old-fashioned support and a few kicks in the rear to get me doing what I know I'm supposed to do! Looking forward to getting to know you!

Hello! Glad to be on the team! Not glad that I'm over 200lbs, but with some encouragement and support, I'm sure I'll be in "onederland" in no time! I have about 50lbs to lose, so I've definitely got a ways to go. Looking forward to sharing the journey.
