Hi Joyce,
My first small goal was to drink 8 glasses of water for 7 days. It helped me a lot to go on to other small goals. Perhaps you too can start with that one and see how you make out.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And

Welcome to the team Joyce! If you have the new start page and if you don't, go to your account and scroll down to the area where it gives you the opportunity to change to the new start page.

There you will find the spark guys program. I would start there. I have been with sparks since July 2008. I just finished that program and it was very good. I have had a lot of success with sparks and have used many of Sparkguy' s suggestions which can be found in many of the fitness and nutrition articles. I also have a nutrition and fitness buddy without which I would still be 325 lbs.

Do yourself the favor and go through that program!

Hi I just joined, my name is Joyce. I have been a member of sparks since 2013 but didn't get real active until 2014 and since have joined a number of teams. I am not sure where we start on this time. Sparks has been a great help to me. Since Jan this year I lost 22 lb and overall I have lost 31 since I got serious with my goals.
