Achieved all goals except for going 10 min on the stair mill because I think I went faster than I should have for my second time using the machine. Also didn't get my A370 tracker charged and set up because it wasn't ready before I left town to come home.

Today's goals:

1. Pick up and set up my A370 tracker

2. Drink all of my water

3. Avoid snacks after 7PM.

Yesterday's goals were met. I really wanted to eat something after 8 but I kept telling myself "No, you can't not meet your goal!" I did it and feel better for it!

Today's goal is again not eating after 8 p.m., also to get at least 30 minutes of activity.

My goal today was to keep moving, but I shouldn't have shared it with hubby. He asked me to go along to cut firewood since the weather was actually nice for a change. I love getting out in the wide open spaces, so I said yes! After an hour of loading wood onto the pickup, my back is yelling quite loudly at me. Took a hot shower, my arthritis meds and am relaxing for a bit now.

Oh my goodness....my neighbor had Pizza delivered. It's even ages since I had Pizza, oh goodness it sounded so good, I was so temped. But I stuck with my Health and Wellness plan. I choose to have something good for me. I had a 4oz baked skinless, boneless chicken breast topped with a tbsp. salsa, fresh steamed broccoli, low fat cottage cheese and sliced apples with a dash of cinnamon. Much healthier choice over Pizza. emoticon Met the goal of temptation! emoticon

I have a set-plan but some foods on "yes" list cause gains. Caffeine triggers cravings & “cave-ins” for sweets (candy & fruit). I went 7 months without caffeine at a higher weight losing 1-2/week. Now, closer to goal, I’m struggling. I set a realistic goal of 0 - 0.5/week. Process to achieve goal: reduce coffee & tea April & May off caffeine by June. To feel energized without caffeine: I will spend more time outdoors, exercise & drink water. emoticon Kudos! Past 7 months I eliminated foods on "no" list (100% most days).
