Wow I'm so pleased to be in a team with such a great bunch of ladies. My ticker has started off at 70 pounds to lose, but I want to change it to one of those that shows how many weeks I have maintained goal weight as soon as I can! I'm making small changes to my lifestyle and eating habits that I can continue permanently. Looking forward to sharing this journey with you all.

Hi, I'm another...... with the same story. I lost 70 pounds and gained it back and some. I can't believe that I did that to myself again. emoticon I'm calling myself "SparkinHot" because the embers have been left to die for several years until recently. I hope you can help me to fan the flames and lose at least 50 of those pounds. emoticon YaY to my classmates who have started this journey with me this week! We can do this!

Hi, I joined Spark a few years ago, hit my goal weight and left. I fell back into unhealthy habits and have gained much of the weight back. I'm here to lose it and keep it off!

Yes! there is an app where you can track your food on your phone. Makes it very easy.

Happy you are here.

Glad you came back! I can say that tracking what we eat works!

Good going for tracking your breakfast!

Hi. I'm new to SP. Did an accountability challenge back in November of 2016 for one month and lost 11 lbs. Gained it back over the holidays, and re-lost 10 of it with WW a couple of months ago. I'm 47, and at my highest (non-pregnant) weight. I have Lupus, am on steroids amongst several other meds, am exhausted, and have tons of family stress going on right now. I need for none of these things to be excuses anymore. I'm tired, and I don't want to be fat and tired. I plan on shopping tomorrow to help me stay within a respectable calorie range. I know it's all about burning more than you take in, and I just have not been doing that. I'm done paying for diet fads. Hoping there's an app to track food on my iPhone?

Hi, I'm here and trying again. I originally joined SP in 2009 and lost 50 lbs. Unfortunately I stopped SP and have regained most of that. I need to get my act together again and am hoping that I can get back on program. Just logged my breakfast for the first time in a while.

May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

I joined Spark in 2013 after losing about 70 lbs because I wanted help with maintenance. Like many I had done the diet lose and regain too many times. This time I approached it differently and realized that what I did to lose weight had to be something that I could stick with for life. You can check out my page for more details.

I made small sustainable changes and slowly lost the weight. when I reached my first goal I didn't do much different and kept on losing. In Feb 2013 I had a heart attack - minor but still. I ended up starting cardiac rehab and the combination of more strenuous cardio plus strength and the realization that for my health I'd better get to a healthy BMI I got to my goal weight.

I have actually been under that goal weight for over 4 years. Spark has a lot of us here that have lost AND maintained their weight loss so it can be done.

Looking forward to learning more about all you new Sparkers.

Welcome to the SP Class of July 2-8, 2017. Please tell the team something about yourself. Why you joined Spark and what you want to accomplish.
