I have pleurisy, 2 types of anemia, macrocytic anemia, Iron deficiency anemia, from blood transfusions with wrong antibodies, causes blood to replace daily instead of 100 days, chronic pneumonia, pleurisy, chronic kidney disease, a partially collapsed lung, low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years. Now formed scar tissue.I am 56 years old. I had cervical cancer 6 years ago, no signs last 4 years as well. I have new blood clots now,2019.I am on P.S.T. time zone.

Track my food and exercise

plan tomorrows menu

walked 15 minutes to exercise class,blood pressure at beginning of class 78/50,had to wait 15 minutes before exercising,up to 100/70,then I exercised

P.S. I drank a bottle of Gatorade,immediately before I left with a teaspoon of salt added. I wonder what it was at home, because it goes up 10 from walking. This is why it went up 30 minutes after the salt added Gatorade. I see a internal medicine specialist Tuesday. I got a ride home from the gym.
