Welcome,Beloved! I know EXACTLY how you feel about finding not just this website,but this team. I felt like God had introduced me to more members of my Heavenly family& it was a great discovery! I will tell you this, I have talked a lot of people from this team and they have told me that the way they lost weight WAS through totally relying on God. They asked for His help through out the day at times. They prayed, and sought him, and God DID help them. For example Griff (below) she has lost over 110 pounds, all and with God helping her every step of the way. It was when i prayed and asked god for His hep that I lost 35 pounds. With Jesus by your side. Oh, and by the way,I truly believe that you did find this team because Missy and I prayed your way here. It is just what we spend time doing. we are looking forward to getting to know you.

I searched and found you guys. I really believe that the only way to get the results I am looking for is to be led by the Spirit of God. I have tried EVERYTHING the world offered and not only failed but got more of what I did not want. Looking forward to inspiration from people who are on the same journey. Here's to divine health!!
