I'd probably start out with just a few teams, especially if more than one is a challenge or requires something (like check-ins, tasks, etc.) Don't feel like you have to do too much at once. Slow and steady wins the race!

Week two and beginning to feel overwhelming- how many teams is normal or,should a person starting out have? Seems all my time is consumed by Sparkpeople trying to meet every challenge. Am I missing something or doing it wrong???

My name is Holly. I have early onset ataxia (you walk like your drunk) and into a few months of a back surgery. I am modifying exercise as I go. My walking is standing, walking with hubby, or with my walker. I have used a rolling walker for about 10 years. At this time, I have not been able to go places by m6self. My goals are simple working towards that.
