Slow down and relax. I tend to carry a lot of water in my legs which accounts for my weight fluctuation.

I just recently measured myself this week first time in a long while it made me realize how big I am, a lot of things I need to do to improve , just all overwhelming right now.

Then I would also be discouraged. Stay with it but change your exercise program around. I know you are having a hard time. The scale doesn't tell us everything. Have you measured yourself lately. Hopefully you have dropped a few inches.
I would also be discouraged. Muscle weights more than fat--excuse the word, please.

I have lost and gained the same five lbs for months, I use the tracker here on spark people, also being diabetic I have to track my carb intake, the excercise obstacle is something I am having a rough time with .

Are you tracking your calories. We all reach a plateau at certain times. Ride it out if you can.

I want to do this challenge for me no matter how long it takes, I am currently stuck on day five. I walk every day over 10,000 steps, getting excercise on the weekends in my challenge and I want to change it up. I will be honest I do not like excercise, I know it is good for me but right now I do not like it and I see it as a obligation not an activity of fun! Support and advice is needed.
