Welcome - I hope you will find some ideas and tips that will work for you and help you learn to be nicer to yourself and teach you that it is better to look for solutions and plan ahead than to beat yourself up for not being perfect. Your sister has your best interests in mind when she says to not be so hard on yourself.

Hello fellow Sparkers!
I've joined this site in hope to keep my self motivated and accountable. I continuously gain and lose weight and cant seem to balance myself out. Just three weeks ago i ran my first half marathon in 2:34. i still cannot believe it. after that i sort of stopped exercising.. i get really down and sad when not exercising and i know this after being in the cycle for so many years. ill work out reach a goal, then stop. i would really like to shed 30lbs and im not in a rush to do it i just need to see progress. my sister tells me to stop being so hard on myself and give myself so credit. so i will stop and look back but i still do not like this weight gain. just need motivation to stay on track, and not diet, but healthy living and incorporate my love to run. I love food so much.. this is going to be hard...
