I too check my FBS first thing in the morning then write it in my calendar as well as logging it on SP. I check into SP every day but haven't been as involved with my teams as before. It really does make a difference so here I am. My goal is to post something each day.

Thank you ladies..I felt so miserable when I saw those numbers starting to creep up. So I decided to take a few minutes daily to log my food and keep getting support from this SP community to continue to make better choices. No other community does so much to keep me in check emoticon

me too, it is the easiest in the mornings, usually on tues & thurs. when I work in the mornings I will test my BS 1-2 hours after I've eaten, the rest of the week it is hit & miss if I take my BS again because of my work schedule

It's the only way to go. I have over 2,000 log ins to keep my A1c stays low. It is just the way I live. I get out of bed and wash hands and then do FBS. Then it is done. Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon
