Hi Everyone! I am new to the team, but I've been using Jessica Smith mainly for walking workouts since having my youngest in October 2014. I had three kids in 3.5 years. I have been gaining and losing the same 7 lb since 1 year postpartum with my son, and now he is two! While I am at a healthy weight, I am soft and my pelvic floor is still not functioning the way I want to. I keep starting, stopping and re-starting.

I have spent 2016 working on my PF issues, and though not 100% healed, I feel a lot better. I know I will be working on my PF issues for the rest of my life.

Jessica seems to have a perfect balance of intensity and fun. My goal is to finish out the year with Walk on Walk strong modified with the HAB-It DVD for prolapse/incontinence issues. For my diet I eat primal - no grains or legumes, moderate dairy, veggies, meats, fats and moderate to low fruit. My issue is portion sizes and grazing between meals.

Just wondering if there is anyone out there modifying for postpartum issues like incontinence and/or prolapse and what may be working for them. I would also love to join a check in!
