Hello, I am Aurora.
I have been using JS's videos for about a year now. I find that she works the best for me since I am a student with an irregular schedule. School is really important to me so I often put exercise on the back burner. I really need people to poke and prod me into moving again. Hopefully this group will do that.

Hello! I'm new to the team and have been a fan of Jessica's for years. I just completed the Walk Strong 2.0 challenge and have downloaded and started the 6 week Countdown: Phase II rotation. I'm 57, so I do keep my eye on Debby for modifications, but I'm able to do the "tougher" stuff and have increased my weights since I started. I like having a "checklist" to follow to keep myself motivated!

Just joined this team. Have been using JSTV You Tube and DVDs for a year or so now. I really like using the weekly rotation on You Tube as it gives structure to my week. Any other suggestions for using her videos would be welcome.

emoticon I'm Alley, I love Jessica Smith's workouts. Very glad that there is a spark team for her. I do a lot of different workouts on DVD. I have done several of JS's on Spark. I also go to youtube for more. Very challenging and fun.

Staying motivated isn't very easy for me, I need a support system, and constant reminders. The weight creeps back in to my life when I don't keep my goals in check.

The SP Fitness Tracker is awesome, I love mapping the different routs we take. After logging my food I use the daily analysis, it is great to see that my eating and exercise was in sync or not!

Hi. I'm Stephanie and I do Jessica Smith videos exclusively right now. I think I have all her digital dvds. I don't do her you tube ones because I work out in my basement and my WiFi is iffy down there which gets annoying.
I love her workouts because they're the perfect intensity and she has such a supportive calming demeanor. Plus I love her mom being there and I love palm trees.
I have sciatic nerve pain that is almost unbearable. I had back surgery in Feb 2015 which helped with one area in my spine causing nerve compression but I must have had it in another area because my whole left side is bad. I'm working on alleviating the pain and fixing the problem with doctors but I need to keep up my strength, endurance, and mental health with exercise. So I have a goal of 150 minutes every week.
I like her videos because I can do yoga or walks or barre for my minutes. I always want to tell her I love her videos- I've never been a "fan girl" before. So this team could be where I "gush"! In fact, I hate commenting and getting in teams. But I'll give it a go.
