Welcome. I too have a snack and aweet problem. I am always thinking about snacks and food. I find that if I chew lots of sugar free gum it really helps me stop the cravings. You might want to give it a try.
Best of everything to you!

That used to be my method but it went out the door after moving home and being surrounded by so many sweets. I need to get back into the habit though because eating fruit kept me fuller and feeling better and didn't pack on the pounds. Thanks for the reminder though :) I'm going to make apples my new go to when I want sweets!

Hi Christina and welcome to the team. Have you tried having a piece of fruit when you are craving sweets? Maybe a piece of sugar free gum?

Glad to have you join us! emoticon

My name is Christina and I moved home just over a year ago. Since then I have gained 10 lbs. and have joined this site to find the motivation and support to lose it. I am really bad when it comes to snacking and sweets so I appreciate any advice on how to show some self-discipline! Looking forward to being a part of this!
