You sound very angry and upset with yourself. Are you stuffing emotions down your throat to keep you from saying the wrong thing?

As has been said, you are on the right path to success. Keep journals on your eating and sleeping habits. It is possible and there are numerous inspiring blogs and articles on this site to prove it.

Baby steps first.

Hi and welcome. I would say you need to get rid of any junk food in your house and get some healthy stuff. Journal with a food log, get in some exercise and watch your portion size.....also drink your water every day. emoticon

Don't be so hard on yourself.I am going to weight watchers and found that this eating thing has alot of emotional issues for me.We eat for all kinds of reasons. I am working on making better choices in my life so I can like myself better. It is alot of work. I use to not go out much and now I enjoy going out and being around others more. My WW class really helps me and talking on the boards to others. Maybe try to start making small changes in your life and you will be surprised how much better you feel. Hoping the best for you.

Today you need to stop beating yourself up. Start counting the positive things about you. You can do this. food is additive and especially junk food. you have to go through withdrawal to get the crap out of your system. then you won't crave it anymore. If I can do it you can too. I was close to 200 lbs when I was 20 and only 5'3" tall and very small boned.
I know it's hard but you only have this one life. make it your best and set a good example for your children....give them the best gift ever...a healthy, happy Mom.

HI, MOM OF FOUR BOYS, LOW SELF ESTEEM AND SOOOOO FATTT. WHAT THE HELL IS MY PROBLEM. I CAN NOT STOP EATING.. IT IS A COMFORT THING... HELP ME CYBER FRIENDS.. I HIDE IN MY HOUSE SO NO ONE WILL SEE ME OR WEAR SUNGLASSES LIKE I AM INVISIBLE....
