I'm new to the team but not new to Spark - I've been here since 2013 under different usernames - I stopped Sparking for a while and have re-started a couple of times. emoticon

I'm trying 5:2 for the second time. I was successful when I was doing it a couple of years ago - I don't know why I stopped?? emoticon

Anyway, I'm re-starting because it's pretty painless. I have a little trouble on the "2" days - sometimes I don't realize how many calories I've eaten and I end up closer to 1000 (I aim for 800) but I'm losing weight so I guess I must be doing ok. emoticon

I may also add in some "keto sprints" (ie 7 or 10 days of eating keto) when I start to plateau. I'm determined to finally shed this weight once and for all!!
