Wall push-ups are a great way to "introduce" yourself to doing push-ups, I started off doing wall push-ups in February when I started my current (and pretty successful) weight loss journey. Nowadays wall push-ups are a part of my warmup routine. :)

0-60 in 10 seconds is a decent speed, my Modded Corolla gets to 60 in around that time I suppose.. hahaha

I am happy to see that you joined the team, these challenges can be a great way to push yourself into doing a certain exercise, the push-up challenge that I started here barely takes any time to do, but it will help in building a daily routine, and as you get better at doing push-ups you will get hungry to do more! ;)

I'm JumpUp and thanks to Mod for alerting me to this team.

Push ups? can only do them leaning against a wall. If I am accountable to a team, however, with a push up challenge, well, then, maybe.....

I was impressed with Mod's progress going from basically zero to 60 in 10 seconds! (is that fast? I identify cars by their colors, LOL)

So here we go, gonna start today! Even if it's 'girl style" and I can only do one, gotta get rid of these wings! - Pure Dedication, sounds good.
