Hey Paula, welcome to the team. Look around and see what interests you. There is a place to share your dreams, have card readings, find your animal totem,, get a guided meditation made just for you and many other things. If you don't find what you are looking for ask and I will try and find it.
The healing room is there for anyone at any time. I used to do it at a certain time but with people from all over, I just left instructions and leave it open for any time. It is there where I send light and love to the earth and all its inhabitants. You can also put a person that needs healing in there.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Hi
I am Paula and a Wife, Mum and Grandma. I live in Milton Keynes England.
I have had many Paranormal experiences and have learnt from them as well.
I have always said you are never too old to learn and that having an open mind is important as you learn new things that way.
