Yeah, have been struggling with workouts also. Having turned 60 this year I think I've just accepted that aging is going to slow me down some. The challenge for me is not allowing work to get in the way of working out.

The food I've got down to a science and I've been very happy with my "no processed carb" approach to food. I've had more stability to my weight than I've ever known before with only a two pound variation in the past year...really mind-blowing to accomplish that after a lifetime of roller-coasters.

I feel good about having completed the 500 miles across New York bike ride this past summer and need to get ramping up for more adventures on two wheels!

I want to change my health regimen. My weight yoyos from 170 to 210 and is usually at 190. I am pretty steady in strength training. I am spotty with cardio. I usually get on a "roll" and eventually hurt my Achilles , hip or knee. It takes me months to get back to running and the cycle continues. I was once a 7:00 minute pace runner and I think I get injured as I try to get back there and am having a problem accepting that is probably no longer achievable. I don't drink and drink alcohol twice a month. My diet ranges from very healthy to awful. I am very fluent in nutrition but there is a disconnect between my knowledge and reality. I would like to join a community where people with similar problems and goals are aligned.
