First, welcome to SP!!

Just a suggestion: You can join some teams and post your specific questions on their team boards. SP is about community. There is no "magic" diet or formula, that is specific to SP. But you are indeed correct: If you use the nutrition tracker carefully ("if you bite it, you write it!") you will start to see patterns in your eating behavior. Take on your changes one at a time so as not to be too overwhelmed when you start. And remember, always be kind to yourself. This is for the long-term after all.

All the best as you continue on your journey to better health,

Nu

I found this site when I was desperately seeking answers for weeks on end to unexplained weight gain, fluid retention and bloating. I googled so many different options, and found many articles and blogs from this site under almost every option. With what seemed like so much good advice coming from "Sparkpeople", I finally decided to visit the actual site !!! Tho I am still desperately seeking answers to my issue..the nutrition tracker has really been a huge eye opener and help as far as honing certain areas of my nutrition. If someone can advise me as to how, I would really like to learn how to put my particular situation out there for opinions and options from members that might be in the know...it has really seemed as tho there are many people here with a LOT of GOOD insight!!! (And Im not sure how to post one of these questions for members to respond to) THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS WONDERFUL SITE!!!
