Hello, my name is Ruth. I am a wife, mother, and friend. I have two young adult boys both in college. My husband and I are whats called "empty nesters". This has been a hard winter on us both. Spring is here. My husband used to call me "Hot Momie". I want to lose weight, BOTH of us to eat healthy and get my exercise in EVERY DAY. I work full time and love my job at a nursing home doing admissions. I am usually always happy and smile alot. If you want other people to be happy, you have to be happy. As stated Spring is here and time to make some changes. However, I do know for me I have to keep it simple or it doesn't work. Excited to hear from people from SP.
