emoticon CABINGIRL177 and emoticon to SparkPeople and the team...Nice to have you with us on the journey to a healthier lifestyle.

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

I am 52 year old female that use to work out and be in good shape. I've lost my way over the past couple years. Lost my dad to cancer two years ago and then have had my own cancer battle. I need to get back into a solid workout routine ! I'm having no luck getting there on my own. I know I'll feel better about everything if I just get myself going again!! I'd love some help
