Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

I've been struggling forever with weight and have tried almost every diet/weight loss program. I'm so afraid of failure, AGAIN! This really looks like something I can do. I actually took a 15 minute walk at lunchtime and it's been about a year since I've walked for exercise. There was a time I could stick with maintaining my weight but not so much anymore. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers for a successful journey.
