Somehow I've gained all the weight I lost 4 years ago, plus another 10 lbs. I've tried WW, myfitnesspal, going it alone, trying to "be good" at least 80% of the time .... and I'm tired of struggling. Bottom line is I need to track for the portion control and the monitoring of calories, fat & carbs I'm consuming. Also, I need to MOVE. I have a new treadmill in my living room, there is NO EXCUSE NOT TO BE USING IT.

I created a new account, clean slate. If anyone remembers me, I used to be Mandy462.

Looking forward to sharing ups, downs, easy recipes & snack ideas! I'm also a good motivator (for others, not for me, lol!)
