I'll share with you a recent discovery I made: one of my medications' side effects was "fatigue"...have worked out an alternative and my energy bounced back.

Don't know if that's part of your picture, but it's worth exploring.

Also, regarding workouts: are you doing something that you enjoy? If not, you might want to explore other activities that might bring more pleasure to you.

For losing pounds I can never overstate the vital importance of our food choices. Get cozy with the nutrition tracker, experiment with different food choices and see if that has a bearing on your energy levels. In general, the less processed carbohydrates (sugar, honey, flour, etc.) the better...!

Don't quit! I totally understand where you are coming from! I've quit more times that I can count it seems. Each time I start up again I'm get angry with myself for quitting cause I would be that much further along if only I hadn't given up. Go to google... type in weight loss motivation and check out all the images. It really helps to keep me going when I'm having a tough time.

I hope things get better for you!

I have tried to blog but can't figure it out. Is this the same thing? Anyway, I am having ups and downs. I have been pretty consistent at my weight loss, over the past month. The thing is I'm still exhausted. Is this normal? I'm only exercising 4 times a week. Only because I always get gung ho and over do it. Then quit. So, I want to take is slow. I make sure to walk on different days each week. I have been eating better. I love the food tracker. It doesn't make me feel like I'm counting calories. I also like the fitness tracker. I'm still confused with the cite beyond that. I really need motivational help. This is the point where I tend to quit. Or start gaining, get depressed and quit..
