Welcome to our SparkFamily!

Glad to hear you've come to appreciate the special support our online community has to offer!

Although I'm a long term Sparker, I was very slow to fully realize the vital importance of monitoring and tracking food intake in order to lose weight. The common notion is that weight loss is 80% related to food intake, 20% related to physical activity.

I would venture that the split may even be greater, say 90 / 10!

Not to minimize exercise: it's super for toning, losing inches and lowers cholesterol & triglycerides, improving circulation and heart function.

But for weight loss? Nothing trumps trackin' the snackin' ! :-)

Hey Everybody!

Just joined and am loving the site. I would love to hear from you as well. I am currently on a weight loss ambition of about 35lbs. I am on day 2 of a 7 day challenge with advocate products. I am feeling the difference already.

So what's your story.... and what do you do to lose weight.....lastly what is the biggest thing you've changed?
