I agree East. I have been up and down for a few years but after joining Spark and reading The Plan I have pretty much going down and staying there.

I don't do mean and hardcore, Sunny, but by your post (haven't been there? conceited? must be funny cause they point? slow down, I'm writing great stuff too fast here) I'm thinking you don't either. Why have you given up before? Is it the time commitment? I was just suggesting to a co-worker that, if you don't have the time for a full-out-get sweaty workout, Spark suggests that breaking it up into 10 minute sections through the day delivers the same results. Just get the heart rate up, you'll see it.

Hello everyone. My name is Sunny and this feels a bit like rehab ( not that I've been there). Anway, I'm 21 and graduating from college this semester and I really hope to slim down by then. My sister's wedding is also soon and I really don't want to hear any negative comments. I'm smart, pretty ( how conceited of me),sporty, adventurous and funny(they point and laugh at me, I must be funny). Just gave up so many times, but now I'm serious! I won't let my loser side win this time! You're going down..... umm no, I'm going down! Just looking for some mean, hardcore support.
