Hi all I'm Steve I live in Upstate NY. Trying to make an honest attempt at slimming down. Im 300 pounds so I need to lose about half of that. Working on coming up with a great gym routine that is supplemented with mainly bodyweight workouts at home. Changing up my diet to whole foods, organic as possible. Cutting back on sugar and eating as much plant strong food as possible. Still eating meat but mainly chicken and fish. Doing smoothies for breakfast, cutting back on caffeine, drinking more water. Feels daunting and need some motivation. I want to be able to run some 5ks and 10ks and eventually a marathon.
