Sometimes I read posts on SP when I feel down and it always cheers me up.
Please try to sneak in some activity at work, even if it's just marching in place while sitting.
SP has a 3 minute seated stretch video which I love.
Also, is it possible to schedule regular meal or snack breaks for yourself?

I'm Tessa (AKA Squishieme) I got the nick name squishie from my sister, I was at a Dr. appointment when I text her about it. It was a breast check up, there are some spots that they monitor every year. My sister asked how the boobies were doing I told he big and squishie. So squishie stuck. This is my third time working with sparkpeople. I really enjoyed it the first time met some members, but didn't keep in touch with them. The second time I let life get in the way.
I am single, live alone and work in a sedentary job where my hours fluctuate frequently. I'm a dispatcher for a company that runs 24/7. So I never know when to eat or what to eat for that matter.
Today is a bad day for me I'm feeling quite down, and thought about sparkpeople and figured why not give it another try.
I just turned 40, I like to do crafts, mainly beading, but I'm will to try anything. I read a lot, I like sci-fi / fantasy. Books with dragons are my favorite. Love music and finding new music to listen to is fun. I also love to shop, which I am working on not doing so much. That way I can afford the things I need.
I can't think of what else to say right now but I look forward to meeting new people and the support sparkpeople give.
