I thought I could do it on my own. I tried, 4 years ago. I lost 60 pounds. I gained it all back. Then a few months ago in November I thought, what's stopping me? My only obstacle is myself. So I decided to try again. I lost 30 pounds since November, and got under 200, which was one of my goals. A part of me is scared to get back down to the weight I was when I last lost weight, in fear that it won't stick this time either. But I will never get there unless I try. Every day is a struggle, and I don't know that I will get to my goal or that I will keep the weight off. But every day that I wake up and put in an effort is worth it.
