emoticon DHuey!

Our goals change and new ones do emerge in these journeys here. Some people look at goals in 5% or 10% increments and then reassess, reevaluate. For you, setting a realistic and attainable goal is definitely a priority; am assuming that you mean you lost 36 but now are considering a TOTAL loss of 60, meaning 34 more to the new, lowered goal?

Different factors make people of same age and height have different 'best weights'. Bone structure, physiological differences, etc. If in doubt about the best way for you, ask your doctor's advice!

Once you are certain your goal is good, ENJOY all you do to reach it.

When I first joined this site, the site decided that it would be enough for me to lose about 36 pounds. That's not so bad. Then I went to another site that would show me what I should look like at my target weight goal. I still looked fat. I think it might be because of all those scrawny models out there. Anyway, whatever the case, I decided that I want to lose even more. Now I have 60 pounds to lose. I hope I did not set an unrealistic goal. I used the BMI chart to help me. Plus I never had a baby so that has to help. Right?
