Feeling good is something that happens as we change and incidentally shed pounds. I'm sorry about the bd breakup you had this weekend; it is hard, and one good way to work off some of the feelings is to immerse yourself into a positive projec. SP is just that!

Do this for yourself. To FEEL good. Focus on ditching old 'bad' habits and enjoying new, healthy ones: the "SparkDiet" isn't a 'diet' per se; it is a series of 'stages' that can make all the difference between wishing/wanting and actually creating lasting changes that get you your results.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
