Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

Hi and welcome, Infinity!

Thinking in terms of 'healthy lifestyle' and 'healthy habits' is a solid guidepost to keep in sight when wanting to shed pounds. The SP site is loaded with tools (nutrition trackers and so much more!) that can help you get to 'see' exactly what you ARE eating and doing (activity, etc)... and help you as you substitute 'bad' habits for ones that will get you to your goals and keep you there.

Consider WORKING through the SparkDiet's stages with thought to every article and activity in each stage; doing this can be a real eye-opener, but is truly the solid approach to the changes that will give you lasting results. Joining a team or two that are active will increase your support from others. Creating a Spark Page is a real help too; as you create it, do consider UNchecking the boxes that would make the page offline or viewable by only friends, then scroll to the bottom of this edit (or create) page to click the box to "save your changes". At times people have left comments on my page that gave me ideas or just gave me a boost, so I encourage others to open the door for this support too!

Yes, you can lose weight by applying what you do on this site to your life. But more than that, you will find other goals - not even related to weight! - emerging as you progress:
