Hi Rosemary and welcome. Please do NOT try to lose 75 pounds in 5 months. Healthy weight loss is no more than 2 pounds a week so 8-10 pounds a month. Most can't lose that much and still be healthy. It also stays off better if you do it at a healthy rate!!
