Bump up your water intake, veggie intake and find some physical activity that you can regularly enjoy (who would follow through on an exercise regimen that you hate?!?) and step by step you will be AMAZED over how much better you feel.

Hello Everyone - I am for the 1st time in my life trying to lose weight - I am 51 and never had a weight problem but the last 10 years it has appeared - I am not a over eater - in fact I have to learn to eat more - I usually only ate once a day and occasionally I eat lunch - Never breakfast - I don't eat breads and not a big sweet person and don't like chocolate - so where has al this weight come from? Somedays I have almost no energy for anything - I am a travel agent so I sit at a desk a lot - I have suffered from acid reflex for those 10 years and it is so bad it damaged my esophagus and had to have surgery a few weeks ago - my doc said I need to lose weight to help with the acid reflex - I do take protonix everyday and it does help some - I need to lose at least 40 pounds - I don't where to start - I am here for all the help, support, encouragement, suggestions anyone has. I want to be healthy and feel good again.
