Hi! My name is Lisa and I want, no need, to lose at least 40 pounds! I'm not too much into exercise at this time. I do perform in Karate classes 3 times weekly. My goal is to become a Black Belt by the year I turn 50, which is by Jan 1, 2016. Many times my belly gets in the way of performing some of the activities and I have to do something about it! I also like to have support along the way.... so here we go! Good Luck Everyone!
