emoticon LAYNIE11 and emoticon to SparkPeople and the team...Nice to have you with us on the journey to a healthier lifestyle.

I'm with NYHARLEYHUN, start setting up the new boundaries for your new lifestyle, the lifestyle you want. Start splitting up the amount of time at the computer, make sure you're drinking enough water, and make us of the tracking tools (nutrition and fitness). emoticon

emoticon Elaine! I understand about spending too much time on the computer. I also spend more time than i would like to on this dang thing! Luckily I have a very active job that keeps me moving 3 times a week.
Maybe when you sit down on the computer you could set a timer and MAKE yourself get up every 20-25 minutes and do some kind of activity. Whether it be- walk around the house a few times or lift some small weights or do 10 jumping jacks... And then perhaps get up more often and increase your activity during those periods.
Best of luck!!
Amy
