10 minute walks are GREAT!!!!! thats a start!!
as for veggies..are there ANY you like? some stars wife wrote a cookbook on hiding veggies from kids...the recipes were awesome and gave many servings of veggies unknown to even picky kids. I cant remember who it was..maybe billy joels wife? anyhow betting if you did a search you could find it!!

I'm just starting out for the first time, genuinely taking this seriously. Trying to make the life changes necessary to successfully tackle a weight problem that I have suffocated under for my entire life.

Very overweight and actually sick physically so exercise is out. I can start with light 10 minute walks a day, but that's about it n the physical exertion front. As complete newbie, I would love to hear any tips anyone might have for food ideas. Been browsing through all these lowest recipes and its almost impossible finding food when you don't like any vegetables.

I would really take any support I can get cause for the first time, I really, really want to do this... And you know what? I think I just might.
