Hi my name's Megan. I've got 3 busy boys that I need more energy to keep up with. They're 6, 5 and 8 months. I sometimes tell them I need just a tsp of their energy to keep up with them. My hubbys a farmer so he's also very busy which get me a little lonely after a while. I work with a disabled individual who I have a bit of trouble keeping motivated to do anything besides playing video games. Any advise as how to help her break out of it so I can also move more then I do? Hope I can make a lot of friends and learn a lot too!
