emoticon PLATINUM755 I will sure have to add that to my exersice schedule. LOL I always consider myself as "not a good dancer" but as you say I can do it at home until I am comfortable to do it in Public. I am so happy for all the support from my SP family I am so loving this sight. lUV U All

I agree with the advice however there's one more exercise that should be added...how do you feel about dancing. It's easy, inexpensive, can be done at home and requires the body to be held in good form...and does wonders for the abs/waistline.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

Thank you very much for your advice Eastendclam I want to get rid of this for my Health. So I will continue to try to pick up my running pace. It will pay off in the long run.

If I recall Spark, that pouch is fat, you can do lots of crunches to tighten abs and if you have that layer on top, no definition. The treadmill and park running looses fat and will do more, not only for your abs, but also, for your overall health than lots of crunches.

I am interested in finding someone who can/will motivate me into loosing this pouch I am carrying.
I wants to loose this once and for all. I am not good with sit-ups or crunches but I do run on the treadmill
and outside in the parks. However my stomach is still my problem.

THanks for all the help and/or advice.
