The Healthy Lifestyle Sparkers" welcome you to a renewed (or continued) effort to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. We try to have an informative team and often share pertinent information. Our goal is to help you find motivation from our group to continue in your effort to have a healthy lifestyle.
We hope you feel free to share and vent your thoughts in our group. Life happens and all life events, good or bad, affect our experience. Remember that you are not alone. Life is always a give and take with others. We're here to help you reach out to, support and cheer each other on.
Always strive to follow the "team member goals" below (at least for the greater part) as having healthy habits and keeping things structured is the biggest motivator and time saver.

Team member goals as of April 4, 2014

1) To Support, encourage & cheer on our fellow team members.

2) To learn new things weekly and share your input and views on the discussion topics.

3) To eat healthy foods no junk food allowed!

4) To limit eating after dinner.

5) To eat smaller Portion sizes, and to set meals at least 200 minutes apart.

6) To exercise for at least 15 minutes on average per day.

7) To drink at least 8 cups of water every day.

8) To get at least 7 hours sleep per night.

9) To structure your life and environment so that you are more effective.

10) To save money and make sure that we live within our means (having a budget amount that does not exceed our weekly, fortnightly or monthly income.)

11) To have a vision board where you will see it and post items relating to your goals on it.

12) To be a mentor and a positive influence to others.

13) To have that “Can Do” attitude: you are what you think – your thoughts create your reality!

14) To take part in some or all of the Team Challenges, goals, etc.

15) To blog or write in a journal about your journey, and to comment on fellow team member blogs.

16) To set up a system to collect your thoughts, analyze them and base your plans and spent time on them. We find that keeping a journal and setting goals that have at least a 50% chance of success helpful.

If you think of changes or additions to the "team member goals" to make them inclusive post in the topic "Team Member Goals". We will consider making changes to them monthly
If you have any questions please feel free to ask. We are sure some friendly fellow member will be able to help answer it. We do not propose to know everything & there is always something we can learn.

All the best in reaching your goals.
