You're not the only one! Earlier this week, I ate 4 pieces of cheesecake (450 cals each, 85% sat. fat). I was so disgusted with myself. Anyway, I started walking and eating a little bit better. I hope that you keep pushing!

When I eat out, or make a recipe that I forget to add to SP, I find something comparable so I can still add it to my nutrition tracker. It may be a tad off, but I at least have something. If I go a meal without tracking, it makes it too easy for me not to track the rest of my meals.

I slipped up today too, I almost went to Burger King but couldn't afford it but showed up at work - and there was pizza - I've been craving pizza - and it's Fat Tony's (my favorite kind) and buffalo chicken (also my favorite kind). 2 slices - so I guess I'm taking a skip day for the rest of the day and probably tomorrow, too, I'm making enchilada for my boyfriend and his family and I didn't count the calories when I was doing the prep work, I didn't measure any of the sauces or other ingredients so I have no clue how many calories it's going to turn out being, I know it's not the healthiest meal to begin with but it's something I'm good at making that the kids will like.

Anyway, I'll start over on Tuesday and try to eat some fruits and vegetables to keep me full and then just eat dinner and start over on Tuesday.

emoticon We're all in this journey together. I'm in emoticon Florida and wear jeans everywhere because most of my shorts don't fit. I'm tired of being sweaty, so I'm working hard to lose the weight. Feel free to add plenty of friends. The more support on this site the better and I wouldn't be moving forward without them encouraging me.

I completely understand. I have 100 pounds to lose as well and I did Burger King yesterday too. Just remember that two steps forward and one step back is still one step forward. Make sure you get 10 minutes of exercise today and drink all your water maybe have a green smoothie too.

Go ahead and set your start page up to so people can friend you. And email if you have any problems or questions. Good luck!

Hello Everyone
This looks like a small group and I hope full of successful members. Speaking of "full" I just binged on a BK sandwich and fries - not what I had planned for today. I have +100 pounds to lose and as I sit here typing this I remember saying to myself last summer"this is the last summer I am going to feel this bad in this heat" Well, here I sit, feeling bad in this heat! I have tracked what I ate so I'm not totally whiping it from my mind. I will walk early evening and get back in the groove.

Any walkers in Northern Illinois, the Great Amercia area?
