I don't see my original introduction post so posting a shorter version. I am really looking for someone who would like to exchange menus ranging from 1200-1700 calories. I like to have 3 meals and 1-2 snacks a day. Doesn't mean I eat them all but having the option is good. Being a diabetic I need to keep my blood sugar level and have found eating more frequently has helped me avoid binging. Menus for 1-2 people or recipes I can reduce easily for 2 people is best as my husband and I are empty nesters. I am avoiding sugar as much as I can in order to reduce my triglyceride level. That doesn't mean I can't indulge in dessert sometimes. Southern and Midwestern foods that don't require a lot of work are best as I can't stand for too long. Simple meals are fine but variety is good so boredom doesn't set in. I do not exercise due to mobility issues from multiple accidents. I am going to lose 50-75 pounds. Would you like to partner?
