Good luck. I have issues with my scale. I can't look at the number so I let my husband look for me and tell me if I lost anything. I'm still trying to gain control over my portions. As they say, if you keep trying you can't fail.

BOOSHIE95--I second what JUDESTERF said about not getting enough to eat. I also want to state that you have to love yourself enough to want to make the changes you need. Regardless of what you see in the mirror, you are more than that image so believe in yourself regardless. We are all on your side cheering for you!

BOOSHIE95 - When you under eat, your body goes into starvation mode thinking it better hang on to everything it can as it might not get anymore food for a long time. That's when we gain the weight!!! We should never go under 1200 calories in any given day. So, chow down - within limits of course!!!!! Drink plenty of non-calorie fluids to help cleanse out the toxins from your body. emoticon emoticon emoticon Also, be sure to get your 7-9 hours of sleep emoticon each night. We need that much sleep in order to give our body time to get rejuvenated for the following day.

Hello everyone! I have so many obstacles to get past, I have decided to take control before it goes out of control, I do not over eat, I under eat which is just as bad if not worse. I have develped a phobia about looking at myself in the mirror and hating the reflection. I know I need to feel better about myself. I am hoping to change all these issues about myself in a helathier and more positive way!
