Hello to all!
I downloaded the kindle version (thanks for the downloadable shopping list). I am excited about this - I have tried over and over and quit every time before. This time its different.

Money is tight so I will probably make some meals several times in a row to save on the shopping and freeze some for later (there are only 2 of us and dinner recipes are for 4).

Starting a day late! I've been trying to get through the beginning of the book, but my schedule has been nutty so I'm catching up today. I'm trying to "re-spark" myself! I lost a lot of weight but over the last 3 years it has sadly, steadily crept back up. I'm going on a trip in a month and would like to see any kind of change by then. Figured this would be a good start! Wish me luck!

emoticon Greetings team! I decided I needed to get SPARKED again and this challenge seemed perfect. I've been goofing off for quite a while now and I need to get serious and reach my weight goal. Two weeks seems like a good time to be able to kindle my flame. I bought the book last night and haven't had time to read the beginning but want to get started so I jumped to the actual plan. Hi everyone! Mom of 3 VERY energetic kids in NJ, looking to lose over 100 lbs and live a healthier 2nd half of my life. I turn 40 next February and hope to be down very close to 100 lbs lighter by than so I am hoping this program works for me. Could use some great advise and motivation here!!! I have tried EVERYTHING else and it has not worked. Was really considering weight loss surgery when I found The Spark Solution Book. Bought the book Saturday as a Mother's Day gift to myself and figured I would give it one more try at this battle. Wish me luck! Good luck to all of you. Hi everybody! My name is Stephanie and I'm excited about the next two weeks (and beyond)!! My expectations are both high and low at the same time. They are high in that I'm hoping this jump start/restart for me will help me get moving on that last 15 pounds I need to lose. I've also been stuck in the low 180s and REALLY want to make that nearby plunge back into the 170s. With that said, I'm hypothyroid and dealing with menopause, so the weight loss has been very slow for me for a long time.

I'm hoping the extra support and consistency with this will do the trick.

I'm holding off on this till I get a few questions answered about this plan. The food doesn't appeal to me, and I can't see myself cooking and preparing the food! I'm used to simpler, healthy food plans that I can prepare the night before that don't require cooking!!! Plus, I can't see myself feeling satisfied with one cup of the first night's meal, only to end up with 5 more servings that my family won't eat.

I'm so discouraged right now. I hope to get some feedback from you all that are doing it to see if I'm making a bigger deal out of this than I should.

It's less about the meal plans for me (since I've already followed a plan based upon the same information as this one) and more about the nighttime, out of control eating.

Hello! My he was 168 my ow was 85 (not a good place for me). Cw 165 (est because I couldn't get on the scale today). I'll update it later. Stgw : 145. Ltgw : 110. I'm 5'1" so yeah I'm a shifty lol. My weight in the last 6 months has gone as low as 139 and as high as well my HW. Hoping that this breaks me out of my slump. Good luck to all of us!

Good morning all! I was so excited to receive my book! I have been struggling for the last little while. My mother has had at least 3 strokes that we are aware of and still has weakness on her left side since she refused to go to the hospital after the last one. Week before last, she fell and broke her right arm which required surgery. It was a reality check for me that I have to take care of myself. I don't want my children and husband to have to deal with me being in that kind of condition, which requires me to take care of me. I did very well once before, right before my husband and I started dating. With so many changes, I wasn't able to keep things going in the right direction. Hi - I'm Cathy. I have had so many change in my life in the pat six months! I have moved form the city i had lived in for 38 years to a new home in another city. I have a new job. My husband has a new job. AND - I had a heart attack two months ago! Anyway-----I am ready to focus on my health and am looking forward to becoming more healthy with the help of this team!
