hi i have lots of her dvd and just started using them i am about 100 lbs over weight
how do you find out how many calories that you burn doing the dvd where can i find out how much calories i burn thanks

Thanks everybody for the warm Welcome! I have a lot of Leslie DVDs too. I even used a Sharpie to rate them (I keep them in a DVD case) good/too fast/and my favorite!

I had done Leslie Sansone DVDs for years. And then I got quite ill, had surgery and quit. But now I'm back!! :o) And I already did 1 mile today! I forgot how much I loved it! I'm a little stiff but at my age that's pretty normal! Can't wait to work myself back to my favorite 4 mile DVD. But taking it slow!
