Hi everybody. I just joined SP this week. I think it's so cool that there's a Leslie Sansone team page. I love her. She's so positive and encouraging. I have 3 of her dvds. My name is Debbie, I work full time. In my spare time I enjoy spending it with my boyfriend, friends, and family. I like reading, camping, swimming, I love being outdoors. I love God and all of the nature He created. I especially love being out in the country. It's so quiet and peaceful, but enough about that. I need to lose around 50 lbs. and I'm hoping that the SP community can offer the support I need once and for all to finally win this battle of the bulge.

Hi everyone! I'm Lisa. I used to do Leslie all the time and lost 55 lbs. with her. That was 10 yrs. ago. I've had health issues lately especially with pain. RA and Fibromyalgia. Getting back to the walking to help with the pain on days when I'm not flaring. I love Leslie and look forward to getting to know all on this team. ;)

Two weeks ago my I broke my treadmill, and I have to wait a couple weeks for the parts. So I got out my old dvds of Leslie Sansone and bam I am walking again. I love the full body workouts, and the nice little reminders to tuck in that belly button! emoticon

I love Leslie's walking DVD's. I work in an office and I walk for my am and pm break. I just pop the DVD in the computer and walk in my office! I love it! I've belonged to Spark for a while but just started again after messing up a bit. I'm so excited to find this team!

Hi. I just started using the Leslie Sansone DVD's this week and am happy to have found this group. Walking is my primary form of exercise and this winter has been very difficult because we've had so much snow. I have a tread mill as well and use it sometime. I like Leslie's upbeat workouts and that they are total body workouts as well.

Hi Everyone,
How great to find out about this Team! I have been happily walking with Leslie and her crew for many years now. My goal is to walk to one of them every day and unless I'm sick I do that. Today I walked 2 miles and then did one of Coach Nicole's 10 minute "All about arms" workouts, plus rehab exercises for my hands (arthritis).

Just turned 72 yesterday, keeping off 60 pounds since 2007, have several chronic health conditions which Spark is helping me so much with, as is Leslie. I have a beautiful 5-month old grandson, and a terrific hubby with same birthday as mine.

Looking forward to keeping up with all of you on this team!

Hi my name is Mary' and I am new to this team. I have Leslie's dvd's and I need to get back to a routine of using them like I used to. I am married to a great guy with 3 grown children.

I am new to the team. I love working out to Walk Away the Pounds. It is quick and easy for me to get a workout in in the morning and even if I need to sneak an extra one in at night. I have limited hip mobility so her workouts are great for me. I am glad I found this team!

Hello Everyone,

My name is Tamika. I am 33 and working on my graduate degree while working full time in IT and building a beauty empire. I am currently 346 pounds (down from 675) all due to Walking Away the Pounds. My goal is to get under 200lbs to be able to conceive and reduce the symptoms of poly cystic ovarian syndrome. However my short term goal is 30lbs by 4/20/2014. I use a combination of the DVDs, walking/jogging outside, Zumba, and belly dancing to get my cardio in. I look forward to interacting with you all. emoticon

I am so glad to be a part of this team. The benefits of these walks are too numerous to mention. I am a 57 year old lady who is determined to find fitness while I am still in my fifties.

Leslie Walks are the absolute best. I recommend them to so many friends and I think the "Walk" part makes people think it is apretty low key exercise. They have NO IDEA!!

emoticon My name is Nan, though I am new to SP, I have been a big fan of Leslie's (I own 3 VCR tapes--the 1, 2, and 3 mile walks, if that tells you anything? lol) I currently work in a Nursing Home and put on what feels like 8 miles/perday so I am happy with my thigh & calf tone but need some upper body toning which is where Leslie comes in. I lost 16 pounds last winter but then put 14 of them back from September to December '13. Time to get serious and get it all off and kept off! When I get to 172 I'll be where I was when my 2013 diet went bad and plan to lose 20 pounds from there by Memorial Day...this time it's staying off and I want to be at 140 by the end of this year. I can and will do it!

I own 2 or 3 Leslie dvds.. I love her, however, they don't work if you just leave em on the shelf.. that's a good lesson to learn. ha

My dietition gave me a DVD LESLIE SANSONE made for people with diabetes, called WALKING DOWN BLOOD SUGAR I just love it. I am in my 50's and am taking control of my fitness by exercising and eating right.

Hello! I have been a member of this group for several months but I haven't posted much. This past year I have let my weight go up 15 pounds as I moved and changed jobs. I decided right after Thanksgiving that I would walk 100 miles by Dec. 31 by combining outside walking and walking with Leslie. I have a few DVDs but I have found tons more youtube. I am happy to report that I have lost 5.5 pounds and I hope to lose another by Christmas. Right now I am at 50 miles and feeling very hopeful for the first time in a long time.

With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Your property sounds nice but I guess it does get lonely at times. I live in a town in Central Virginia and sometimes I would like the quiet and isolation.

I have a lot of Leslie in my DVD collection and I did buy this latest one but have not even played it yet. I'm sure someone will pop in and give you their thoughts.

I'm on the "5 Day Slim Down" right now and for now, that's a favorite but tomorrow I may have a new favorite one. LOL!

Hi! I'm returning to SP after a 2-year absence, during which I gained way too much weight and lost way too many good habits. Leslie Sansone is my fitness method of choice, and I'm looking forward to walking with you. I'm a reading teacher for 5th and 6th graders and a mother of two boys, ages 9 and 14. This keeps me too busy, but it's time to make time for me!

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

You can enter your own exercises on the Track Fitness page. There is a link to entering your own exercise.

I already have the Spark Tracker and love it once I switched it from my bra to my shoe. It challenges you to walk more each day. Sometimes I have over 5000 steps but more often it is around 2,000-3,000 steps so I really need to work on myself.

Thank you but how do you know how many calories, I have tried to put in Lesley sansone but my DVD did not come up, or are you saying to put it in manually?

You could. I add the DVD name and each day put the number of minutes I did the particular DVD. There is a place to add calories burned but I never know what to put there.

Hope this helps and a more knowledgeable person comes on the thread to help out

Hi there! Welcome! I'm not too computer savvy but I have logged my exercise in the fitness tracker on the start page. I have the Spark tracker now that syncs with my computer and logs in my steps and exercise minutes.

I'm hoping someone else will jump in and give you some more good advice.

I love the DVD, and just done 2 miles, but can you please tell me how I can track the miles?

I am 65 and I have some arthritis as well. My main problem right now is with asthma and breathing issues which sometimes affects my being able to walk far.

I'm trying to build myself up to 10,000 steps each day which is roughly 5 miles. Hopefully, in the new year, I will meet my goal.

Hello Team Members, My name is Paula, I'm 62 and I love to walk. Unfortunately, my arthritis and fibromyalgia make that difficult to do so outdoors, which is why I love Leslie's tapes. I work two days a week and get lots of walking there, but still my favorite is tuning out the world, putting my headset on and being enthused and inspired by Leslie Sansone. Even if I feel icky, I will try to get in my 30 minutes and I never regret it. Nice to meet you all! emoticon

Hi everyone my name is Annie and just joined sparkpeople yesterday! I love Leslie Sansone DVDs and have lost weight in the past using a few different DVDs of hers.
I have gained some weight due to my pregnancies and just eating the wrong things and not exercising, but I'm ready to start fresh and hopefully find some motivation here from people with similiars likes and goals as myself.

Hi all; I'm not new to Spark People, I've been a member for over a year now. And it's been a fabulous year for me! I've had knee replacement surgery, lost 40 lbs. and have been able to start up a fitness routine. I discovered Leslie Sansone through Spark and I'm loving her dvd's. I have several of them and I mix and match during the week alternating straight cardio and some upper body strength. I find her workouts are very easy to follow, and I can tailor the workout to suit how I'm feeling on a any given day.

Hey, everyone. My name is Tonyia and I just started Spark People today. I found Leslie's videos because I was looking for something I could do at home with little space to do it and to fit in around my schedule. I only have one DVD so far and I have been using it now for about 1 1/2 weeks. It has 1,2,3,4 miles on it, which I liked due to scheduling issues for working out. I have only lost 1 lb but have lost about 3 inches overall in that time. I have walked a total of 21 miles since starting her DVD and I am hoping this site will keep me motivated. Diet has always been my pitfall for my weight. So here's the start to being this weight for the last time in my life and keeping it off as I go. emoticon

Good morning everyone
My name is Sharon and I live in Clarksville Arkansas with my husband of 17 years and my 13 year old son who will be in 8 th grade this year.

I have a lot of health issues and most recently the back. There is a possibility of back surgery if I can't find any other type of treatment.

I have been told that I can walk though so I look forward to poppin in the video and DVD to.

I agree with you but sometimes they help me out alot. My girlfriend and I went to the Supermall and we went to the christian outlet store and I found a lot of things there.
